Welcome to our chalet tucked in a green forest and set beside a shimmering lake at the foothills of Southern Appalachians. The development called Pine Mountain Club Chalets Family Resort and Conference Center, consists of over 100 chalets surrounding a 12 acre lake built with its own Bavarian design, keeping the overall plan as that of an alpine village. Enjoy Lake Innsbruck, a private lake with docks, boats, and canoes moored around the lake for the guest's convenience. Fishing in the lake is great.
Chalet is 1800 sq. feet with wood burning fireplace and screened in porch.

Big and cozy!
My family and I stayed to celebrate my mom's birthday weekend. The cabin was nice and cozy. It had plenty of room for my entire family. The upstairs loft area/bedroom was perfect for the kids with its own bathroom The cabin is right around the corner from the playground/rec area too, which was a huge bonus! We enjoyed ourselves so much that we plan to rent it again in the summer since the pool is across the street! Thank you!
Perfect place to stay
Plenty of room and very clean.
Great place to stay! Relaxing and enjoyable.
We enjoyed the time with our children and grandchildren. We look forward to visiting the area again.
Great place for a girls weekend
We liked the setup of the house. The common space was perfect for our coffee and conversation in the morning, as well as playing games in the evening. The location was remote enough to make you feel like you're really getting away, but close enough to eateries and other amenities. We didn't take advantage of the recreational facilities, but we all mentioned that this location would be perfect for a family reunion, with activities for all ages. We had such a great time!!
Probably due for major cleaning now before holiday season
Very happy to meet my 3 adult children here for a weekend. It was a good place to meet to see various local attractions and the 1-mile walk around the lake was just fine. Before the next busy season, I recommend cleaning the ceiling fans, spraying for roaches (we saw 5), and checking the pour drainage in master bathroom and the slow drip into the tub. The house and location were fine and my children did all the cooking so I really enjoyed the short time with them.
Our stay at Pine Mountain
The house was very clean and nicely kept. There were many activities to keep everyone busy. The only problem we had was getting the code to get into the house, but it was quickly solved. There were a lot of spiders on the porch area that should be eliminated. The porch was our favorite area of the house.
Within the area is The Wild Animal Safari, The Little White House in Warm Springs, Callaway Gardens with 14,000 acres of beach, bicycle and walking trails, Florida State circus during the summer only, live birds of prey exhibit Sibley Horticulture Center and the largest butterfly center in the states along with other attractions.
