Our COMPLETELY REMODELED CONDO at the Maui Banyan is uniquely situated on the top floor of the much sought after G building which boasts the best location at The Banyan. It is just a few minutes walk to Kamaole II Beach and Park but far enough away from the main road to alleviate road noise. Our unit is also unique in that it has views from the bedroom lanais of the ocean and Haleakala Mountain while overlooking the pool, our lush, green, tropical gardens and The Banyan's new water feature. Our condo is just minutes walking distance to restaurants, shops, activity centers and additional beaches. Our prime location truly makes us unique.

The remodeled and redecorated master and bath walks out to the lanai with ocean and mountain views and is equipped with a fan, AC and TV. Many guests boast of the comfort of the Cal King size bed.
The studio lock-off (when available) has been remodeled including a new Cal king bed, a sleeper chair for one, a small kitchenette and a newly remodeled modern bathroom. It also has it's own lanai, AC, fan and TV. You'll look forward to waking up each morning to spectacular views. (The last 6 pictures are of the studio.)
The kitchen is fully stocked with new stainless steel appliances including fridge, oven, dishwasher and microwave. The dining area comfortably seats 4 with two additional seats at the counter close by.
The living room is furnished for comfort and also has it's own AC, fan,TV and views from the lanai. A new top of the line queen size sofa bed adds additional sleeping quarters especially for the kiddos.
The Banyan grounds are beautifully landscaped offering two pools with hot tubs and outdoor showers, BBQ areas, a tennis court and covered parking. The pathways meandering around the grounds are surrounded by lush tropical flora and are just right for an evening stroll.
For your convenience a welcome basket will be provided with a few Maui essentials that will get you started on your relaxing vacation. As an added feature a land line phone has been installed for free long distance calls throughout the US and Canada.

Welcome to the Stine Ohana Hale - your home away from home. We are a retired school teacher and industrial engineer along with our youngest daughter and son-in-law who love Maui and the Kam beaches!!! Our oldest daughter and family live in Pukalani so we are on island frequently and want to share our lovely condo with you. We have provided extra special furnishings that we wanted in our beach home with hope that you'll enjoy them as well. We love our views of Haleakala, the inviting azure blue of the pool below our lanais, and the views of the ocean thru palm trees and tropical gardens. Perfect and enough accommodations for a large family. Everything was perfect. We love the beach gear
Property was quiet. Clean. Abundance of parking. Early daily cleaning of the pool and grill area. We had lounge chairs, snorkel gears all available for the beach which is right across the street.
Very decent pricing for a great place. We love it and diff will return here.

We loved this property. Barb was fantastic to work with and was truly invested in us having a positive experience. The condo was clean and well-cared for. It was well appointed and had a ton of extras, from coolers to boogie boards to clothes drying racks and ziplock bags. It was lacking in nothing. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!
Ideal Location & Amenities
We were so happy with this condo! The view was spectacular in every direction. It was completely and thoughtfully outfitted with anything you would ever need from kitchen tools to snorkel equipment. The couch bed felt like a high quality normal bed which we have never experienced before. We also used the twin sized fold out bed which was comfortable for our adult daughter. When the listing says sleeps 7 it truly does. Barb the manager was very attentive. If I returned to Maui I would want to stay here again. P.S. The snorkeling at the park across the street is top notch. We saw tons of marine life each time including sea turtles.
As good as it gets!
We got into Maui jumped into the car and follow the instructions that Barb sent us by email. We got to the condo, entered our code and walked in and were greeted by a spectacular view outside... from Haleakala to the Ocean, a lovely facility internally and a welcome basket that we enjoyed tremendously. The condo is situated in a very nice location on the premises and is probably one of the best buildings in the entire development as it's the closest walk to the ocean from the larger buildings, easy access to the garage and it's got a really nice Southwest facing location. The condos internal fit and finish was excellent and all the major appliances and anything you need to cook a gourmet meal or enjoy sports in the water were available . The bed was comfortable, TV was great, the Lanai was perfect.... we ate just about all our meals outside on the balcony. This is an excellent unit for two people, never needed the air conditioning as the breeze at night was perfect. If there were a couple of things that could be improved it would be having a designated parking spot so you're not going from Level 1 to 2 to 3 hunting for a parking spot. If you're not an early morning riser, it could be a surprise to you because pool maintenance and BBQ cleaning start at about 6:15 in the morning. The front desk will not support any questions that you ask because you're not part of Aston Hotel and resorts which is their system. My wife and I are already thinking of next year and this facility is on our radar. We would definitely recommend this condo to any couple wanting a great time on a great Island.
Perfect condo for all generations
We loved staying at the Maui Banyan in Kihei. As a family of 5 adults we arrived from Canada, tired but looking forward to a Tropical vacation. Barb, the property manager, ensured all our needs were met and was very quick to respond to questions. We felt very comfortable and at home during our stay.The description and photos of the Stine condo we found very accurate. Our party appreciated how clean the condo was and The sofa bed “was the most comfortable ever!” We had no concerns and look forward to returning! Mahalo. Kim and Doug
Relaxing and great views
We headed into the vacation very much needing a change of pace. We had a very long travel day, arriving at 5pm (9pm to us). The welcome basket was much appreciated. We noticed a couple of small details that needed attention. I called before heading to the beach in the morning and they were tended to before we returned home. We cooked in the rental (our home is being renovated so a fully stocked kitchen was a treat!). It had everything I would expect for basics and more. Nicely furnished. Comfortable bed. Mahalo.
Kihei is a wonderful walk-about community. Walk to beaches, snorkeling, shopping, restaurants and parks.

Cancellation policy includes 100% refund within 60 days notice before arrival date, 50% refund for 30 days notice before arrival date. Rates may be subject to change before reservations are confirmed. (However, we will refund any nights that we are able to book the unit during the cancelled period) Policies and procedures will be emailed to potential guests at the time of inquiry. Starting in August, in addition to this unit being rented as a 2br/2ba, it can also be rented as a 1br/1ba or a studio unit. Rates will be provided upon inquiry. GE Tax number: W40887556-01.
