With so many fun destinations and adventures close by, I truly believe choosing this comfy home for your vacation stay in Sonora will be Perfect!
My family and I had a great time discovering Sonoma. This home was more than we hoped for. Very clean and well maintained. The yard was lots of fun for the kids. The host answered our questions via text throughout the weekend and was very kind. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back again.
Four of us stayed at this property for my brother’s wedding at Union Hill Farm (12 minutes up the road). The house is wonderfully comfortable and well-maintained. Make sure you enjoy time on the porch looking down the hill into town. The large side yard with the pergola, barbecue, and swings was a bonus. This was my first experience with a VBRO house and I would definitely do it again. Thanks, John!
We stayed here for my daughters wedding at Union Hill. I wish we could have spent more time there! Beautiful older home with lots of amazing little touches. Beautiful views of a few churches in Sonora since you are sitting on top of a hill. I would rent this just to get away for a few day. Next time I will come when the weather is a little nicer to take advantage of the hammock on the back porch.
Amazing place to get out of town and relax. I didn't realize how close this would be to downtown and yet it feels and sounds so secluded. We had so much planned and sometimes found it hard to leave! Couldn't have asked for a better location in town.
Will definitely be looking into this place again when I'm up in the Sonora area!
This place was a little "gem" that I almost don't want to write about it. I have high standards and it was immaculate! The off street parking was great. It is located in the historic part of downtown Sonora, and walkable to many shops & restaurants. The purpose of our trip was to visit family. We walked to candy shop, bookstore, ramen restaurant, and was centrally located by short drive to the hospital, playground, & skate park. It was super kid friendly, with a great yard. I could safely send our children outside to play in the yard while I cleaned house. The outdoor pergola with large picnic table & bbq was great for entertaining a meal with our relatives. The house has all the amenities a home cook could ask for. Thanks John, for a great accommodation. We felt warm, safe, clean, and cozy!!
The property was comfortable and beautiful with a real old age charm to it. We would stay again!
Very comfortable. Lovely master bedroom and bath! Deer in the yard in the evening a nice surprise.
