509 Upper (Top Floor) is located @ Mahogany Run Tennis Villages on the North Side of St. Thomas, USVI. The village has a guard gate and is a secured private, gated community directly on the golf course. Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with view of Hans Lollik, also the renowned ‘Devil’s Triangle” holes 12, 13, & 15. Boasting 2 restaurants, 2 swimming pools, golfing, lush scenery, and only minutes away from Magens’ Bay Beach which is one of the top 10 beaches in the world.
The condo is at the end of the road on the top floor with parking directly across the unit. One flight of stairs up and 2 balconies with magnificent serene views, the huge glass doors open all the way across the living room for the cool ocean breeze.
This large bedroom & bathroom, kitchen, living room, and dining area comes fully furnished. Amenities include: Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Keurig Coffee Maker, Internet, Cable, Stereo System, DVD Player, 2 LED/Plasma Televisions, Outdoor Gas BBQ, Patio Table and Chairs, Icebox and most of all it is Affordable. AC in Bedroom only.
The condo is complete with linens, towels, kitchen items (microwave, toaster, blender and standard stock kitchenware). There is ONE NEW 18,000 BTU AC unit in the condo located in the bedroom. We have a full size blow up air mattress for extra guests. Rates are based on 2 people with extra fees per person per day, 4 guests maximum
Come vacation on our beautiful island, with boat rides to St. John and the British Virgin Islands (passport mandatory for BVI). Our tourist attractions include Zip-lining, Sailing, Snorkeling, some of the finest beaches the US has to offer, to fine dining, and luxury shopping with no tax or duty.
Maria the manager was great. We got lost trying to find the condo. Street signs are very rare in St Thomas. Marie came and met us to show us the way. She also stopped and waited for us to get a few groceries. When we arrived we were very happy with the condo. Beautiful view from both balconies . Kitchen was well stocked and lot of spices. Marie was wonderful with direction and suggestions for places to go and eat.
I would definitely recommend this condo. It is such a bargain for the price.

Don't let this opportunity slip through your fingers! There truly is a treasure to be found on St. Thomas and this is it. The experience is inspirational. It is not only the exhilaration of being on an island paradise, but this condo has a persona of its own. The view from the balcony is magnificent. I witnessed the most amazing sunset ever. The setting sun turned the billowy clouds to pink cotton candy and the water of the bay to pink punch. Delicious eye candy!

Property is in a nice community of Mahogany Run & there are a lot of wonderful,well managed properties in the community. I visited this property because pictures can be deceiving. Overall it looked OK, a little worn & needed upgraded but,the furniture in the living room was beginning to peel(leather coated).I mentioned it but the property manager didn't seem worried.The property was cool because it was March all doors & windows were open so it was very pleasant.I asked about the AC, because I told the Landlord & property manager it was a requirement.I was shown the unit in the bedroom, but never thought to look at all the units. I really needed an apartment for a few months & the landlord was amenable to a lesser price for a longer term rental so I paid them in full as they required including cleaning fee & a security deposit.Almost two months later I moved in & noticed that all three pieces of leather furniture were now really shedding & it was impossible to even sit on them without being covered in bits of leather coating & the floor was covered.The property manager told me everyday for almost three weeks the furniture would be replaced but the landlord wasn't available or the money was delayed. That same first night I found out there was only AC in the bedroom so the landlord did verbally agreed to refund 10% of the rent as a result. After a week or so of peace, the AC in the bedroom broke, no sanctuary from the heat. The property manager told me she'd take care of it but called that evening to tell me I had no electric. Turns out, by his own verbal admission,the landlord didn't pay the bill,so there were 36 hours of no power.The landlord did ask the maintenance team to look at the AC but didn't instruct them to replace it,just to see if it was broken.Then it was the weekend & the owner was unavailable(health issues)..7 days of no AC so I told them I had to move, my health & work were suffering & I was trying to sleep in the car at night.I asked for a refund because I had to rent another property and was told NO. No refund for the original furniture/AC either.8 weeks rented,3wks no furniture, 7days no AC,left 1 week early.I pd for 8 wks & it was useable for 3wks.I did not return the key when I left, becasue I didn't know what to do, it will be returned tomorrow & I am forced to take some kind of recourse because the landlord refuses to refund ANYTHING even my security deposit.Hoping VRBO will help, they do have a complaint process.Just be careful.
I spent six nights here and loved it! A spacious one bedroom condo with spectacular views of the golf course, and ocean.
