Hi! We are Sethry and Christine Connor. I (Sethry) grew up in Fort Collins with my family and loved it so much that I talked my Texan wife, Christine, into moving back here!
Sethry Connor purchased this studio in 2014
This property was owned by my parents, who live next door. They originally managed the rental and divided the house into two parts. We bought the home from them and now live on one side, but left the other side open for rental.
The space was designed originally to have a place for visiting pastors to stay as a welcome alternative to impersonal, overpriced, and boring hotels. With the lake setting, gazebo and yard it has a great peaceful and relaxed atmosphere.
My wife and I had stayed here a few years ago when the property was managed by other members of the family. Since then the place has had some wear and tear. One suggestion I would give is to have the carpets cleaned. There were sizable stains throughout the rental. Also there was a glass door on the shower the first time we stayed, but this time it had been replaced by a curtain. I don't know if it was replaced to save the space it took up to swing open or what, but we missed that feature of the bathroom this time. If these two things were given some attention I might give this four stars. Hope this helps anyone thinking of renting this place.
We visited Fort Collins because of a festival in Estes Park. The condo was perfectly located with a beautiful view. Downtown Fort Collins was minutes away, we enjoyed fine dining and got to see a very talented street magician.
The furnishings was very well maintained and the Condo had everything we needed for a weekend get away. The Connor family was very responsive to our requests. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
This cozy one bedroom apartment was perfect for my husband and me! It was decorated tastefully and the space was well utilized and organized. We had a private patio and a hot tub with shared access to a gazebo with a grill and an additional patio-like space for lounging. The owner was very thorough and prompt in replying throughout the reservation process as well as our stay. Even though the apartment was part of their home, we rarely saw them. When we did, they were very cordial and helpful. We were in close proximity to restaurants and groceries. We thoroughly enjoyed a Saturday morning trip to the historic downtown area of Fort Collins where we had a unique breakfast and perused the shops and sidewalk sales that were going on that weekend. Plenty of towels. Everything we needed was there! Very comfortable and inviting! Many thanks to Sethry and Christine and their children for sharing their lovely property!

This was a nice, clean property as-advertised. Quiet neighborhood, short drive from Fort Collins. Sethry and his family were good hosts, offering assistance when needed, while the rest of the stay went on autopilot. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Fort Collins in need of lodging.
My son and I were in town for a quick graduation weekend. We could not have been happier with our accommodations. Sethry was so informative and accommodating. Our apartment was very trendy, comfortable, clean and welcoming. Unfortunately, we did not have time to take advantage of the beautiful lake and terrace. But, the large screen TV was a definite plus to my son. All was wonderful - THANK YOU SETHRY!!
We are 10 minutes from old town fort Collins which prides itself on many great restaurants, outdoor activities, a vibrant downtown and of course, beer brewing.
