Amazing Mountain Views in this 2 Bedroom Fifth Floor Condo in Passage Point. Our building is known for it's amazing pool area, 2 Hot Tubs and a Small Heated Pool. Passage Point, is one of the premier buildings of Copper's Center Village. Our condo is a well maintained and beautifully appointed 2 bedroom/2 bath (900 sq. foot unit) with views of Ten Mile Mountain Range and just steps from the lifts. Super convenient Check in at Copper's Main Lodging desk!!

This unit does not face I-70 so there will not be a highway noise issue.

Minimum rental age 25 years old. Current State Issued I.D. and Credit Card Required Upon Check in. No Pets Allowed in Unit per HOA regulations. Absolutely no smoking of any kind or vaping in condo or on balcony.

Our cancellation policy is full refund up to 30 days in advance of arrival date.

Copper Mountain tends to be a local's favorite, partially because of its naturally separated terrain, which divides snowriders by ability. The mountain offers 2,450 skiable acres and free snowcat rides to Copper's legendary Tucker Mountain aiding skiers and riders in finding fresh powder. In the summertime, visitors enjoy mountain biking, hiking, mini-golf, a zipline, rock climbing, bumper boats, go-karts, golf, and Fridays at Copper!

Passage Point is conveniently located in Center Village with just a 2 minute walk to the lifts! The building is also located on the free shuttle route with easy access to the ski school and the other villages!

**Please note that although we do not allow pets in this unit (per the HOA covenants which does not allow renters to bring pets), we do bring our own when we stay. The unit is professionally cleaned after each stay but if you have an pet allergy you may want to consider a different unit.

Why Diana Assenmacher chose Northwest

We bought this unit because Copper Mountain has always been my husband's favorite place to ski. Passage point has some great amenities, including having the largest condo's in Copper's new Center Village. We also have the BEST pool area in the Center Village with 2 Outdoor Hot Tubs and a Small heated in ground pool, newly remodeled fitness room. We have 2 restaurants on site, Mahi's Fish Tacos and CB Grille Restaurant both of which are located on the 1st floor.

What makes this condo unique

This unit is well maintained with all of the comforts of home. It has amazing higher floor view of the Ten Mile Range and "Sky Chutes". Passage Point has the best amenities with a newly updated Fitness Room and 2 Hot Tubs and a Small Heated Pool that is open year round. The units in Passage Point tend to be larger than the others buildings in the Center Village. Check in takes place at Copper's main check in desk when you first enter the resort. So no worries about key pick up or drop off!!

Very nice and clean condo with a great view from the balcony. The only thing I would suggest is better pillows in the master. We would definitely come back and stay again.

Fabulous Find

Diana and her Passage Point condo are fabulous.

Recently retired we had always dreamed of an extended skiing vacation in Colorado so we booked Passage Point for 3 weeks beginning in late January. Certainly didn't hurt that we had a great snow base and several snows while we were there! It felt like home and made for a wonderful experience.

The condo is in a perfect location, we used the steps (great exercise with 5 flights at 9700') for a quick exit from the building across the bridge and to the slopes. Spacious, good floorplan and a great setup with kitchen sink looking out over the dining and living area to a large window with views of the village and mountains beyond. Certainly made time in the well appointed kitchen a joy! It accommodated our visiting children and grandchild very well. The master bedroom, dressing area and bathroom are very large.

We believe Copper offers the best value and family skiing experience anywhere. There are numerous good restaurants (CB Grille on first floor of building is the finest dining in the village), great ski school and caring child care (make sure to check out the free nighttime babysitting if you eat out in the village), fabulous skiing to please every ability level, reasonable season lift passes that include 1/2 price friends and family offers, accessiblity with being right on I70, grocery stores and shopping within 10-15 minute drive and wonderful staff everywhere. The Athletic center with weight room, cardio room, hot tubs and indoor pool are a great value if you join for the week or longer. However, the small fitness center at Passage Point overlooking the fabulous outdoor hot tubs are wonderful if you don't have the need for a full gym.

Diana is homeowner extraordinaire. She was always quick to reply and checked in on us a couple times during our 3 week stay to make sure all was well. This well appointed and maintained, spacious condo is the place to be in Copper.

Excellent location, clean unit, great space!

My family of four had a fantastic time in Copper at this condo. We had plenty of space for all of our ski gear and were able to utilize the kitchen for meals (even hosting another family of 4 one night with plenty of room). Was especially appreciative of the well stocked kitchen. We used some things left by others to make a yummy chili in the crockpot and then left some items we hope will be helpful for the next guests. It made me happy not to be so wasteful by being required to throw everything away. And, I always forget things like cooking spray until I need it and it was such a pleasant surprise to find it! There were also tons of nice towels and the beds were very comfortable. I could go on and on. The elevators in the building are a bit busy/slow, so the 5th floor location was sometimes a bit annoying, but we enjoyed the views and would definitely stay here again and recommend the unit to friends.

Copper is the best and Passage Point was a terrific location!

Great condo with a great location

This unit was perfect for our 4 day family vacation to Copper Mountain. Passage Point is a new building that is well located in the Center village with a quick walk to the lifts and right next to the shuttle bus stop top the West village if you have kids to drop off at ski school. The unit was exactly as advertised and the two bedroom layout with a sleeper sofa worked well for a family of five. There is a ski locker on the first floor and three great hot tubs to unwind after a day on the slopes. The owner was very responsive and the check in process went smoothly. Overall, we would highly recommend this unit.
