A lovely stay in a very beautiful place
We had an extremely good holiday. The house is in a wonderful part of Portugal and a very short walk to the river. Paradinha is a small hamlet of original stone and slate houses, most of which seem to be holiday homes. It is all very quiet and peaceful. The house is well equipped, with a good kitchen, a nice outside courtyard with a dining table and a choice of barbecues, and a handsome balcony. Lots of outdoor things to do nearby - river beaches, an excellent walk along the river on wooden walkways, fossil museum. The river is very clean and bursting with life - lots of fish, frogs and dragonflies, Lovely place to stay.
Lovely cottage in a beautiful area. Helpful host.
