About Vacasa, ID - McCall Office

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Comfortable beds and great location!

 • 5 of 5

I stayed here with my three sons, ages 7, 10, and 13. Their favorite features of the house: TVs in every room with cable, movies available for them to watch, and just a short walk to the pool. Mom's favorite features: cozy king bed and great pillows (I usually have a hard time sleeping away from home, but I fell right asleep and didn't wake until the alarm went off!), plus the house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. I also loved that there was a small market just at the entrance to the condos, so when we realized we needed ketchup and mustard for dinner, it was just a short walk and voila! dinner was enjoyed by all. Having a washer and dryer in the unit to wash stinky hockey gear was another added bonus. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful condo in McCall

 • 5 of 5

Very nice place for 4 people, although it could comfortably accommodate 6 if they don't mind sleeping in bunk beds. Clean and freshly updated with newer appliances and well stocked with the basic necessities. Found the relatively short walk to downtown to be quite enjoyable and a great way to see the wildlife, including deer and fox!

Awesome McCall holiday getaway!

 • 5 of 5

My family of 3 had a fantastic experience staying at this property in McCall, Idaho! We received detailed information in a timely manner on directions, checkin/out instructions, etc. via email that we could print out and take with us. We arrived, got the key from the lockbox and entered the lovely, well maintained 2 bedroom condo to find it very welcoming with lights and heater running making it warm & cozy. :) The condo has beautiful, picture windows in living room area where we sat comfortably and watched the snow fall and wildlife ( especially deer and fox) traverse the property. The comfortable bedrooms, bathrooms and nicely stocked kitchen made it a lovely holiday home away from home. We also enjoyed the local area having a couple of delicious meals out at My Father's Place and the Pancake House ( also enjoyed shopping at the Christmas Store.) We would highly recommend this property and area for a vacation ( winter or summer - Lake Payette is lovely!) to family and friends! Thank you for a terrific time!

Experience was nice--McCall is a lovely place and the condo was comfortable. The only question we had that has not been answered is why we would be charged a reservation fee by VRBO (approx. $13) after a booking fee by Vacasa (approx $25). We made arrangements through Vacasa and a day later was sent the following:

"Please be aware that you may receive a separate charge from VRBO. This is a reservation fee from VRBO and is entirely separate from your reservation with Vacasa. If you have questions or concerns regarding this fee, please contact VRBO. "

Never had this happen before and would love to know what VRBO did that cost us more money????? Would Vacasa bill us if we had just gone through VRBO? Can one register with VRBO directly?

Thanks,

Sharon
