ABOUT THE RENTAL

The location of this rental is excellent...walkable to everything Park City has to offer. The size was perfect for our family of 6. Furnishings were very comfortable and appliances were great and easy to use. There were plenty of kitchen supplies as well. Two complaints we had were that on arrival, we could not pull in to the attached parking (underneath the building) because of our SUV and ski rack. Even without the ski rack, the SUV would have been too tall. For a ski town, you would think the parking would accommodate this or at least there would be info about public parking spaces available to renters. We ended up getting 2 parking citations while there. That was frustrating and not something we expected on arrival. Also, the cleaning crew had not completed the cleaning when we arrived (cleaning supplies and drink cups left on the kitchen counter and food in the sink and the floors were not cleaned in the kitchen/dining area). When I called the mgt number, they sent out a very friendly cleaning crew to take care of this, which was very quick and it was great once they were finished. The response of mgt was a good thing.

Stayed here for a guys ski trip and it was perfect. Covered parking, walk to Main Street and town lift, and very easy to find. Clean property and well stocked. Will be staying here again next year!
New Years Eve in Park City
We stayed in park city over the 2017 new years and we had an amazing time at Lauren's property. Checking in/out was a breeze, and the house was a 5 minute (I timed it) walk to run that gets you to the base of town lift.
We didn't bring a car and found ubering to/from SLC airport to be much more convenient, and even cheaper than scheduling a shuttle or renting a car.
Really nice condo in excellent location
#1....location is perfect in Park City. Cross the street and go up one flight of outdoor stairs and you are at the Town Lift and Main Street. Nice roomy condo. All bedrooms downstairs (quiet) and living room, TV room, kitchen and dining room upstairs. Fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of room to hang out. Nice artwork, too.
Great Condo / Location!!!
With both skiers and non-skiers, this was the perfect place. Great accommodations, and perfect location with easy walking access to ski lifts (<1 block walk) and downtown Main Street. Rental was very clean and well stocked. Parking garage was ideal, will stay here again!

Great location, easy walk to the Town lift for skiing. Comfortable condo. We did have some issues with cable not working, and door combinations not working (twice) but the TurnKey company was very prompt in responding to these. There is an issue with a film being left on the dishes and glasses by the dishwasher/hard water/washing soap.
