Treasure Property Management proudly introduces the Trenton Treasure. This beautifully decorated 3 bedroom/2 bathroom single level home is conveniently located across from Disneyland in a quiet Anaheim neighborhood. It has been remodeled updating the kitchen and bathroom with wood floors throughout. The house is fully furnished and nicely decorated and has all amenities for your convenience and comfort. The walk to Disneyland is only 15 minutes to the Lion King Parking Lot tram located on Magic Way. You can then ride the tram to the entrance. You can also enjoy watching the Disneyland fireworks show from the comfort of the backyard patio!
LIVING ROOM: The living room is an open floor plan with wood floors and warm colors accented with comfortable leather couches and a 60' Visio Smart LED TV with Blue Ray DVD Player and an assortment of DVD's. The coffee table is a favorite as it converts to a card table or foosball.
KITCHEN: The beautifully remodeled kitchen has a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools, a gourmet gas stove, full size fridge as well as a mini fridge, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen is stocked with all the conveniences you will need to make your home cooked meals. The dining ware will accommodate up to 12 guests.
DINING ROOM: Enjoy your family dinners together as you gathering around the dining table for 8. The kitchen bar offers another 2 additional spots for seating.
MASTER BEDROOM: Enjoy the comfortable Cal King bed with soft sheets and fluffy pillows watching cable on a 40' Samsung Smart LED TV.with Blue Ray DVD player. It has a large wall closet as well a dresser to store your clothes.
GUEST BEDROOM: This bedroom has a relaxing queen bed with soft sheets and fluffy pillows. In the room is also a ceiling fan and luggage racks in the closets.
BUNK BED BEDROOM: This is the room the kids will love. The bunk bed is a full/twin with a twin trundle. The room also has many toys, books, games and stuffed animals for the children to play with.
MAIN BATHROOM: Beautifully remodeled with tiled shower and a deep jetted soaking tub for those that wish to relax after a long day at the amusement park. A single vanity with many bathroom amenities to make your stay convenient. Including but not limited to Toilet paper, Kleenexes, hand soap, bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, qtips, cotton balls, hair dryer, etc.
HOUSE AMENITIES AND CONVENIENCES: Enjoy central air conditioning, washer and dryer, wireless internet, cable TV, an assortment of DVD’s, Linens, blankets, comforters, pillows, 8 towels sets for the bathrooms, Kitchen Towels/New Sponge, 8 Beach Towels, Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags, Kleenex, Laundry Detergent, Dish Soap, Dish washing Detergent, hand soap, shower bar soap, Shampoo/Conditioner, lotions, hair dryer, bathroom amenities including but not limited to: First Aid, cotton ball, qtips and much more to make you feel like you are at a 5 star resort. All these are included unless the price is discounted.
BACKYARD: Kids this is for you! A large private backyard to play many yard games as well as a large playset. Parents, we didn't forget you! Grab your beverage and relax in the private backyard. There is also a 6 person patio set with umbrella. A propane BBQ with extra propane for yummy summer barbecues.
PARKING: You have room to park up to 3 cars in the driveway.
MANAGEMENT: Very clean and professionally managed. You will be greeted at the house upon check in to be shown the house and the neighborhood. Available 24/7 for any questions, issues or concerns that come up during your stay. Also there is a concierge service if you wish to indulge.
SUITABILITY: Non-Smoking home. No Pets Allowed.
Must have an adults staying at the house during the term of the lease.

Close to Disneyland & comfortable beds!
The house was perfect for our stay. We were close to Disneyland & could view the fireworks from backyard. The manager was very nice & flexible for our arrival time. I chose this house because of the lounging living room & reviews of comfortable beds, which were both true. Hardwood floors & the jacuzzi tub does work! Nice after a long day. I would recommend this to a friend.

This fit our party of 7 great! Plenty of room inside and out for all to eat, play, and sleep. Our host warmly greeted us and walked us through the house and all its features. You are a 15m walk to the micky and friends parking garage and a 25m walk to the park entrance which saves on parking. The kitchen has everything you need and the beds are comfortable. We would stay again!
Truly a Treasure!
Trenton Treasure provided everything needed for our stay. Very comfortable beds and pillows, stocked kitchen with large dining table. Our drive to Disneyland took only a couple of minutes. We would recommend this home to anyone looking for a quality rental in Anaheim.
Great Home Base for Disneyland Vacation
This home is in a great location for going to Disneyland. It was exactly what we wanted, someplace comfortable to rest and eat between times at Disney. The walk is about 20 minutes to Downtown Disney with the parks a little further. You can also walk to the Disney parking ramp (~20 minute walk) and take the tram to just outside the parks.
Everything was in good working order and very clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable! Very important after a long day on your feet. We really appreciated the toys in the children's bedroom. It gave our son a pleasant distraction after a long day of travel. The small playground in back was also a nice touch. The TV and furnishings seemed brand new.
The main bathroom had a full size tub for kids to take baths. All the homes in this neighborhood are of similar vintage, the era of small bathrooms. So be aware that the master bathroom shower is tight, tall but narrow. It wasn't a problem for me and I'm 6' 1", 180lbs.

Trenton treasure was the perfect house for our little family. Clean, well maintained and comfy.
Exactly as described, perfect very clean.
We had 5 adults and 4 children, there was plenty of sleeping space for everyone. Brenda was great and everything was as described. It is less than a five minute drive to the Disneyland Toy Story Tram lot, close to restaurant's and the grocery store. If we go to the area again we will definitely use any of Brenda's properties. Thank you for making the entire process very easy.

Primary occupant to complete and submit rental application and copy of valid driver's license for approval. Upon approval, Rental Agreement and Down Payment are required to hold the dates. The Damage Deposit is due 7 days prior to check-in via Credit Card and place on HOLD. The HOLD is released within 10 days after your departure minus any damages. The remaining payment is due 30 days prior to arrival if less than 6 month away. If the arrival date is more than 6 months prior to arrival the remaining payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. $1000 Damage Deposit for stays longer than 14 nights and payment 60 days prior to arrival. Refundable with 21 days after checkout minus damages. Accept VISA,MC,DINERS CLUB or DISCOVER with a 2% application fee. Other Payment methods include; Cashier Check, CHASE Quickpay and Echeck (ACH).
