Welcome to this fantastic terraced house located in a beautiful residential complex with shared pool in Puerto de Alcudia. It can accommodate 6 guests.
The beach is only 1 km away from this wonderful house, but it will be a real luxury to go out on the terrace and, after a good breakfast under a beautiful pergola, to go for a swim in the communal swimming pool. With a size of 12 x 6 m and a depth of 0.92 to 1.49 m, the water is chlorinated. There is also an outdoor shower if you want to cool off without having to swim or if you want to rinse off the salt from the beach. There are also four communal sun loungers for sunbathing or reading a book. The private terrace also offers you a great mobile barbecue for your alfresco lunches and dinners.

The house is divided into two floors. On the ground floor there is an air-conditioned living-dining room equipped with satellite TV and some books for your moments of peace and quiet. The kitchen, equipped with ceramic hob and everything you need to cook to your heart's content, has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is also a bathroom with shower. Going upstairs, we have a second bathroom with bathtub and three bedrooms, all with two single beds, wardrobe and air conditioning, although two of them have access to a balcony. For a baby, we will prepare a cot and a highchair in one of the rooms.

Ideal for beach and sea lovers, this property is only 1 km from the fine sandy beach, an ideal beach for families with children, as the waves are moderate, the shore extends many metres out to sea and there are services such as restaurants and bars nearby and on the beachfront. Close to the accommodation you also have all kinds of services such as supermarkets and shops. If you are golf lovers, only 7.9 km away you have the golf course of Alcanada, where there is also a very inviting pebble beach.

The opening hours of the swimming pool are from 9:00 h to 22:00 h.
