Hess 12 is one of the highest preservation residential buildings in Tel Aviv, built in the 1920s by a famous Tel Aviv architect, Yehuda Magidovitch. The building consists of a ground, first and second floor, with only two apartments per floor.
Our apartment was recently renovated to very high quality and design standards, by the previous owner, an award-winning architect.
The apartment is located on the first floor (no elevator) overlooking Hess Street - a quiet, tree-lined, one way street.
All furnishings, electrical appliances, light fittings and materials are reflective of the high standard of the apartment.

Fourth bedroom with single bed.

It is not always easy to please 4 adult children -this apartment did. It is incredibly located, minutes from the beach, trendy restaurants, shopping drags, bars. Nati, the apartment manager collected us from the airport and was available to answer any queries about anything to do with Tel Aviv. The apartment itself is spacious and beautifully done. It has a funky and groovy feel to it, with luxurious well fitted out kitchen and gorgeous bathrooms. The bed are super comfy and it was a great space to hang out in after a long day of sight seeing.
Cant wait to go back!!!!!
An amazing big stunning designed apartment with all the facilities that you need on a holiday with kids. The owner spoiled us even with an espresso machine and equipped the kitchen with all the groceries we needed for cooking. The place was so cleaned and neat, we felt at home!!
we were with our 3 kids, 17,14 and 9. All of them felt immediately comfortable, it is situated close to all the central sightseeing we wanted to go such as the beach, Neve Zedek, Rabin Square, ect. All by walking distance.
A true historical building surrounded with more buildings from the beginning of Tel Aviv. Lots of cafes and restaurants and the big market just near by. It is a Very romantic place and in the same time modern and comfortable. We defenitely recommend to stay here.
Thank you Rina and Adam!
Nati who administrates the apartment welcomed us really early in the morning. He was extremely helpful and very very service minded. He also arranged transportation to and from the airport. And we could call him at any hour if there was anything.
Before arrival Adam was really quick to get back to us, he even sent us a "guide" for the apartment so we new what the wifi code was, how the dishwasher work and so on.
We thought the apartment looked really good on airbnb but in real life the apartment was even better - the apartment was stunning! Very good taste, the apartment was really beautiful and clean with all necessary appliances.
The location was perfect. Really close to the beach, cosy neighborhoods with lots of cafe's and restaurants etc. It's in the center of Tel Aviv close to everything.
We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Tel Aviv.
