My house has a garage for two cars and easily fits 2 more. Beautiful views, clean, and in a quiet neighborhood. It is close to wind-surfing in Mokuleia, surfing in Sunset Beach, picnicking and turtle watching in Kaiaka BayBeach Park, swimming in Crozier beach. If you like shopping and going to restaurants, that is only 3 minutes away to Haleiwa town.
My neighbor is a sky-diver, perhaps you may like to skydive with him at Dillingham.
Jerry's pizza has the bomb pizza. I go there all the time because it's cozy and the food is so good. Guava is a cool dress shop and if you like Kahuku shrimps the trucks are all over. Shave ice at Matsumoto's, and good weekends bar-b-cue in Haleiwa. The house is perfect because it's very quiet but if you want to galavant around it is close by.
I am a mother of three. I live in the East side of the island. This is my summer home. I want to share my home for others to enjoy. A vacation rental allows me to also enjoy the house.
The best thing about my house is that you feel that you are in a serene city. It's low-key, safe and quiet. A nice change from Waikiki.
Thank you for your interest.
Marie Georgette Olondriz purchased this condo in 2010
The house offers a nice view. You feel that you are in an open area and very close to the grocery store, literally a few meters away. The gas station is also a few meters away, same with the post office. Very convenient.
Mokuleia Beach for windsurfing.
Dillingham airfield for sky diving.
We had a wonderful stay in Marie's house. Very nice place to stay. It was neat and clean. We enjoyed our time on the north shore.
Our party included 3 adults and 3 kids and we really had a great stay at Marie's place. The house is very clean and well equipped (my wife loved the kitchen). The views from the back porch (especially in the morning, the sunrise) are stunning. The house is conveniently located (though the area is very quiet) and it is just a walking distance to Brew & Foam (coffee house), grocery store, pizza place, post office, Waialua library and also to Old Sugar Mill. And it is less than 10 minutes drive to Haleiwa town. Marie is a great host and she gave us helpful tips before our arrival. Thank you so much!
We had a great stay at Marie's home. It's is wonderfully located very close to some stores and great little shops at the old sugar mill. And the views from the back porches are nearly impossible to find in a home there. Marie is also a wonderful host, whom was readily available if any issues arose and was very quick to respond while booking. The open windows let in the trade winds which make this home very nice to sit and relax and enjoy the many rainbows that occur off the back porch. Home was very well appointed with all the furniture and kitchen appliances. All you need to bring is your clothes! Then enjoy a quick drive to Haleiwa and eat at the abundance of delicious restaurants.
We were delight with our stay in her home, so welcoming, relaxing with beautiful sunrise every morning overlooking coffee and coco plantation. Design tastefully with comfortable furnishing and the kitchen equipped to cook an Easter meal. Close walk to Wailuia library, bank, local grocery stores, pizza and North shore sugar mill. A short drive to endless beaches and all the favor spot in North Shore. My daughter and I enjoy Matsumoto shave ice and the shrimp trucks just 10 minutes away. It was everything we needed for our stay in the North Shore. Thank YOU Maria for being a gracious host.
There is a public gym at the Waialua park just close to the house.
It has two tennis courts that are in good condition, a public gym and a free time for volleyball.
