we arrived to find that the apartment we had booked was not available so after many calls back and forth with the owner we were eventually accommodated around the corner in another apartment. the apartment we originally booked had french doors leading on to patio. the apartment where we stayed didn't even have a window in the bedroom. Even though the apartment that we stayed in was pleasant we were disappointed that the original apartment was not available. owner was very pleasant but checking in was really hard as the instructions were for the original apartment.
We pride ourselves in being very accommodating hosts and always try to address any problems that arise. We have many satisfied customers who book with us on a regular basis.
We reached out to the guest months before their booking and informed them of an issue with some repairs that the council had planned outside the flat that would have disrupted their stay. This was completely out of our control. We asked if they be happy would stay in one of our more expensive and nicer flats just around the corner, instead of us cancelling their booking.
The guest was provided with a link to the property and they approved the accommodation well in advance of the date they were due to arrive.
The correct details to the alternative accommodation were sent to them 3 days before arrival. It's unfortunate that they have decided to blatantly lie on their review as we did everything to accommodate them.
Comfortable and quiet refuge for working trip
First of all, the apartment was as represented in the web photos. Comfortable beds, plenty of space, although the bathrooms were very small. It was very convenient to the Kennington Oval where I was working, and a close tube station to get to any where in London. Owner was very responsive to any questions or concerns. I would happily stay there again.
Excellent flat in a perfect location. Check in/out was easy. Would absolutely book again.

Small but great, well configured space!
Super location, hosts were responsive. Place was very clean and tidy upon arrival. A few small critiques - DVD wasn't working and the neighbors threw quite a loud party late into one evening... a comment on the neighborhood not the hosts. But overall a great little place and I would highly recommend it!
Bien située à proximité d’une station de métro. Terrasse agréable et lits confortables. Une amélioration au niveau de l’aération serait de mise en période chaude et un nettoyage du terrain en façade .

Gute Wohnung in guter Lage in toller Stadt
Die Kommunikation mit Matthew und Natalie war stets freundlich und die Organisation hat gut geklappt. Die Wohnung an der Combermere Road liegt in einem Quartier mit gepflegten viktorianischen Reihenhäuser (in der Nähe liegt auch der sehenswerte etwa 200 Jahre alte typische Pup "Marquis of Lourne"), sie ist ruhig und grosszügig ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen haben uns die Bilder und Fotografien an den Wänden.
Von der Combermere Road ist man zu Fuss in etwa 15 Minuten (mit einem der häufigen Busse auf der Stockwell Road nur die Hälfte) bei der Underground Station Stockwell, von der aus man gute Verbindungen hat in die City - unter anderem mit der Victoria Line direkt zur Underground Station Victoria und zur Bahnstation Victoria (Gatwick Express zum Flughafen Gatwick). Die Wohnung ist also gut angeschlossen an die Stadt mit all ihren unzähligen Sehenswürdigkeiten - mein Enkel und ich haben unseren Aufenthalt voll und ganz genossen!
