Beautiful, spacious home on a quiet tree-lined street. Home is very cozy with plenty of room for a family or snowbirds. Open concept kitchen family room gives this home plenty of room for entertaining. Several amenities include dishes ,wine fridge, ice maker, cooking tools, coffee maker, toaster, and electric mixer.The master bedroom provides privacy from other bedrooms and is furnished with a 40' flat screen tv and ceiling fan and the comfort of a king size bed. Two bedrooms are made cozy with ceiling fans and queen size beds. Family room is equipped with 60' flat screen tv and comfortable seating. Wireless internet and premium tv available.Breezeway and backyard allow plenty of opportunity to enjoy the outdoors which includes patio furniture, barbecue and fire pit. Double car garage gives plenty of room for vehicles or golf cart.
This location is walking proximity to downtown shopping, golf club, playgrounds, restaurants, and hiking trails.
We were extremely statistics with our stay here. Beautiful home, very nice furnishings, well equipped kitchen. I love to cook and they had EVERYTHING I could possible want. The neighborhood was great. The mattresses were amazing. After staying here we are buying these exact same mattresses. Thank you to the owners for a memorable stay!
Currently still staying in this house. We have been here for about 3 months and it has been a great experience. The house is very clean and well kept, great amenities, ample space, great location and within walking distance to the gym, pool, stores, golf course, etc. The owners have been amazing during our stay and respond right away to our requests. There is also a gentleman (handyman/gardener) that responds right away to any needs that may arise during the stay. The golf course, trails, and parks are also within few steps from the house. The patio is a great area to relax and enjoy the mornings and evenings. There is Satellite Cable/HD in the master bedroom and living room. Overall great experience, awesome house, and with great landlords! Will definitely stay again in the future.
Convenient location, nice small yard for relaxing or outdoor play spot for younger kids. Owners are kind and were very responsive. Would stay here again.
My coworkers and I had a great time! The owners were easy to work with and very accomodating. The backyard is perfect for grilling and hanging out. The Verrado location is wonderful for anyone that likes hiking/running trails and mountains. The house is a two minute drive from one of the main trailheads to the White Tank mountains. The main square with restaurants and a grocery store is a short walk/drive away. I'll be back next time I'm in town.
What an honor to be the first renters in this lovely home! The house is even better than the pictures depict. It is beautifully decorated with high ceilings, comfortable furniture and many nice touches. The kitchen is well stocked with all your needs including quality utensils, pots and pans and appliances. The eating area is at the island. The beds are comfortable and it is a very quiet neighborhood so we slept soundly. The TV and internet are great and the seating is comfortable. We didn't use the great room but it is beautiful to look at and would be a good place to visit with company or read. Outside the breezeway is so comfortable and offers shelter and shade. The backyard is small but is pleasant with beautiful flowers and trees. The garage was large enough to fit our 1/2 ton truck. It is located within walking distance to the golf course and close to the downtown area where you have restaurants, shops and a very friendly super market. The community of Verrado is a beautiful place with many small parks and walking and hiking trails. Just to the west is an area that offers many large shopping stores like Walmart, Frys, Bealls Outlet and some restaurants and drug stores. You can get there without using the I 10 by using Yuma Rd. You are close to the I 10 or the 303 to get to other areas of Phoenix easily. Large malls to the east are readily accessible. We ate at the Verrado Grille at the golf club and the view is beautiful there. The owners are great to deal with and we received our damage deposit promptly. We would happily recommend this rental. We were very pleased with our stay and we will return.
