Our Ocean-Front Condo has a spectacular view of the eastern sunrises over the Atlantic Ocean and the sunsets over the Matanzas Inlet. It is a non-smoking unit, and has been recently renovated and updated with the latest of amenities such as cable TV, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer, new livingroom furniture, etc. And, we recently added a fourth bathroom--a private one in the master bedroom! The best part of the condo is that it is on the ocean, and is only a 20 second walk to the beach. This beach is one of the top ten in America with little traffic, no congestion, and rather uncrowded. There are no fast-food restaurants or motels on the 6 mile beach, and no condo higher than 5 stories.

Our condo is among approx. 100 or more in the Four Winds complex which has undergone major renovations within the past three years. You may relax in one of the two heated pools (see photos), play shuffleboard, tennis, or simply walk on the spectacular 6 mile beach for relaxation. Within 10 miles (north) is St. Augustine; the oldest city in the U.S. (Est. 1565), with literally dozens of excellent restaurants on the water or in the old Spanish downtown area of historic St. Augustine. 45 min. to the south is Daytona Beach and, of course, Disney World is 1 1/2 hr. west.

The condo has three floors, all facing the ocean. Imagine waking up and watching the beautiful sunrise out the window or sitting on the patio drinking your coffee! The top 2 floors can be rented separately from the first floor efficiency, if you like; as a townhouse which has 2 + 1/2 baths (a brand-new private bathroom in the master bedroom!), 2 bedrooms, a living/dining room, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and approximately 1300 sq. ft. of space (plus a 14 X 7 balcony). The living room has a queen size sofa bed as well. The views from these top 2 floors is fantastic with miles and miles of white sandy beach and blue ocean. Quite often, you may view dolphins swimming up the coast.

The first floor adds additional living and sleeping space (approximately 650 sq ft) as it is often rented with the townhouse to accommodate 8 to 10 people, but it can be rented alone as an efficiency (has a full-equipped, brand new, kitchen, a living room with dining space and its own full bath). As an efficiency, you may sleep 2 adults in the brand new Murphy bed (pull-down) and 2 others in the pullout sofa.

Perfect vacation home

This rental is perfect and truly has everything you could possibly need for a wonderful vacation. All you need to bring are your clothes and sunscreen. We rented all three levels and had a total of eight people. We had plenty of room. Breathtaking views from every level. The Oceanview is even closer than the pictures show. It only takes about 10 seconds to be standing on the sand from your back door. The rental is fully equipped we did not find ourselves having to rush to the store to buy lots of little things that are normally not included in vacation rentals. Great condo community and everyone was very friendly and helpful in the office.The beach was not crowded at all. I definitely plan to return to this specific rental.

A Jewel

What a wonderful find. As residents to a neighboring county we often escape to St Augustine beaches for a relaxing get away with the family. This condo Is perfect. The owner was more than genuine providing detailed information. The grounds are immaculate and the condo, although older, was spacious, clean, well equipped and perfect location on the beach. The beaches are beautiful, less traffic, fewer crowds and white sand. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you..

Great Choice

We have rented this condo for the past two years, and will do so for next year as well. Having never been to the area we are very pleased wtih our choice. Great beach, private, noise free, easy access, supurb walking and biking for miles and miles. Swimming pools out of the wind can be enjoyed even in windy cool weather. Very friendly neighbors many of whom have been coming here for years, and a very competent rental office staff. We especially love the floor plan, living room and master BR open up to 7/24 surf, this is why we come here. The condo is well equipped and very clean. Our guests are equally impressed and always ask: "how did you find this place". Four Winds is situated for privacy yet close to shoppind 2-6 miles away and Fort Matanzas one miles away and St Augustyine and Fort San Marcos about 12 miles away, lots of restaurants to choee from. This area is not like lyour typical Florida, it;s quiet and rather homey.
