About Jason Jones & Gwynn Jones
Hi, we're the Joneses! We're a family of five, with Dad Jason, Mom Gwynn, and our three kids Gabriel, Ella, and Colwyn. Gwynn's aunt Zoe has lived about a decade in Naramata and Penticton, and the Jones family has been visiting every year (sometimes more than once!) since 2010. The kids think of the Okanagan as their home away from home - we hope your family comes to feel that way too.
Jason Jones & Gwynn Jones purchased this House in 2015
Why Jason Jones & Gwynn Jones chose Naramata
Stay at the Naramata Birdhouse and enjoy all the comforts and privacy of a home away from home! Naramata Village has the best of both worlds if you’re trying to decide between urban and rural for your Okanagan vacation. Avoid the bustle and traffic of Penticton, while maintaining in-town conveniences like access to restaurants, a high-end spa, and shopping… all without losing easy proximity to vineyards, wineries, orchards, hiking and cycling trails.

Tidy, clean, quaint, well laid out, and well equipped kitchen!
Beautiful deck, clean, comfortable, everything needed for a comfortable stay and local markets cover your food needs. The beach is close, bike trails, hiking and wine handy!
Wonderful stay at the Naramata Birdhouse
The owners have created a very comfortable and nicely appointed home for vacationers. The whole house is extremely well stocked, the kitchen is fantastic, everything you could possibly need for preparing meals.
The outdoor pergola is very pretty and a lovely place to have breakfast in the morning. The neighbourhood is very quiet and the location is excellent, close to a great coffee house, local restaurants and the lake, only a short drive to the Naramata Bench for wineries and patio dining.
We will definitely return.
Cozy cottage with a great patio
This was our second stay at the Birdhouse. We returned for the great location in the very peaceful and welcoming Naramata, proximity to the beach, vineyards, and the Kettle Valley Trail. The house is very well stocked, especially the kitchen and we love that they encourage you to share fridge items! We hosted a dinner for 10 on the patio and had more than enough room. The AC was enough to keep the bedrooms cool for sleeping and we loved the Grape Leaf Cafe, which was a short walk away. The owners are very responsive and organized. This is one of the better experiences we've had with house rentals. I highly recommend this house for a small family.
Thanks so much for your kind words! Come back any time.
We had a wonderful stay at this property. The property is very well-equipped - for kids too - and in a lovely location.
Beautiful, well maintained property.
Wonderful! Would definitely stay again.
Great modern cottage!
My family and I stayed here for a week in August. The entire cottage has been renovated and it has all new furniture as well; most rentals in Naramata are older and most definitely not renovated. The kitchen is well equipped and has all the necessary utensils to make great meals. We loved sitting in the front yard under the private pergola. We will definitely book this great place again.
Naramata Village is a charming and friendly place, less than twenty minutes' drive from bustling Penticton and perched at the feet of the Naramata Bench. The Bench is a series of over twenty pre-eminent wineries set on a series of gloriously scenic rolling hills overlooking Okanagan Lake, woven amidst vineyards and orchards, that draw wine enthusiasts from all over the world. The popular hiking and cycling route, the Kettle Valley Railway (KVR) is just East of town, and beautiful Okanagan Lake surrounds the village on every side.
