About this property

Casa Ginepro is a cottage within a small and beautiful private residence. The house has a warm and cozy atmosphere. Casa Ginepro is equipped with everything you need during your holiday. Casa Ginepro has a living / dining room with an open kitchen and a dining table. There is a couch in the living room. There is a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and via a staircase you can reach the mezzanine bedroom with twin beds.

At the entrance there is a large terrace: you can enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and the cliffs of the "Nurra".
All around the house all sorts of flora of "Macchia Mediterranea", including our Ginepro (juniper). In the spring, when most of the bushes are in bloom, it gives a brilliant iridescence. There are several beautiful beaches within walking distance. And idyllic (and always quiet) sandy beach is to be reached in front of the house through a small path (10 minute walk).
In the nearby areas are the picturesque Stintino, Alghero (beautiful Catalan harbor town) and Sassari.
The house is perfect for couples or families that love quiet places in the nature.

Herrliche Ruhe

Die Casa Ginepro hält alles was sie verspricht. Wer mal richtig abschalten will ist hier genau richtig. Man kann nachts sogar die Milchstraße sehen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen der etwas Ruhe sucht.

Ein Traum

Wir haben als Familie 2 Wochen in Casa Ginepro verbracht. Es fehlte uns an garnicht. Man kann hier einfach chillen ,die Ruhe genießen. Eimsame Bucht vor der Haustür, grandiose Sonnenuntergänge. Ausflüge zu umliegenden Stränden , Städte wie Castelsardo ,Stintino, Alghero. Das Haus ist sehr schön hergerichtet . Kontakt mit Antonella und Stefania einfach nur gut, hilfsbereit und sehr lieb. Danke schön für alles!!!, wir durften 2 unvergessliche Wochen in Casa Ginepro verbringen. ♡♡♡♡♡

Beautiful property in scenic location

We had a wonderful week in such a beautiful villa. The location was perfect for us. Remote, peaceful and scenic. The private cove at the bottom of the cliff provided us with an amazing location for early evening dips in the ocean. The villa was spotless and we were greeted by the lovely Antonella who kindly met us in a nearby town to guide us to the villa since we arrived very late. Coffee, tea, wine and beautiful local pastries were kindly supplied. We were very thankful for them. The villa is rural, however only around an hour to Alhegro and casteldosaand 15 minutes to Stintino with La Pelosa just a little further. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return some day. The tortoises who often came to visit us in the garden were a very pleasant surprise !

Traumgarten mit Meerblick

Das Ferienhaus, der Garten und die Umgebung waren perfekt so, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Wem es also nicht gefällt, ist selber schuld :) Die Vermieter waren immer erreichbar, bzw. gelegentlich vor Ort und immer sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir haben den Aufenthalt, besonders in dem wunderschönen Garten, sehr genossen und von dort aus schöne Touren in die Umgebung gestartet. Absolut empfehlenswert, für Urlauber, die Ruhe suchen und keinen Trubel brauchen. Wir würden wieder dort hinfahren, wenn wir nochmal Urlaub auf Sardinien planen. Tolles Häuschen an der Steilküste

Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Ferienwohnanlage von insgesamt 15 Häusern. Unser Empfang war sehr herzlich. Das Häuschen ist hervorragend ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht , zudem sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und äußerst sauber. Schöne und einsame Strände sind schnell erreichbar. Das einzige, was man kritisieren könnte, ist die zu geringe WLAN Leistung. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und kommen gerne wieder.

We are Ambra, Giada, Stefania and Sergio and live in Amsterdam. We bought this house in Sardinia in July 2016, not far from the beautiful town of Alghero (Stefania's birthplace). Casa Ginepro is a special place which gives us the possibility to be in touch with nature and enjoy unforgettable moments, views and sunsets. We love hiking, biking along cliffs and unspoiled inland. We enjoy to discover quiet beaches, picturesque villages and love to go for adventures as the Ferrata del Cabirol at Capo Caccia.

Why they chose this property

Stefania's birthplace is Alghero and we kept going to Sardinia multiple times a year on vacation. Our dream was to have a little space for us in this great part of Sardina where a good part of the family still lives.

What makes this property unique

North-west Sardinia has a lot to offer: sandy beaches, beautiful nature and rich culture, including the stunning medieval town of Alghero. Our house is located in the "Nurra", 35km north of Alghero. You will find here beautiful cliffs and bays with sandy beaches. The house is located in a very quiet small complex with 15 houses. Most houses are inhabited only in the summer. Also in very high season it's very quiet here and the nearest beach is often only for yourself (a sort of private beach!). You can enjoy the tranquility, the beaches, the views, the walks, the beautiful sunsets and the most beautiful starry sky you can think of.
