Why Arlan Bartling chose Bonita Springs
We feel Sea Splendor is the very best value for your money on Little Hickory Island, Bonita Beach because of our pricing, our location on the beach, almost dead center on the beach, and because of the location, the least traffic on the beach, thus giving you a private beach every day of the year.

House itself was wonderful
The house itself was wonderful! Everything we needed was there! Only problem is red tide caused lots of dead fish on the beach and as they decayed they smelled awful but that’s no fault of anyone... I would definitely recommend this house to everyone and I would stay here again. The views are amazing!!
Peaceful and Relaxing, and... WHAT A VIEW!
You can't beat having the beach as your backyard and watching the sunsets from the couch of your living room! The house is pure kitsch--we loved it. It felt like staying at a spinster aunt's place who last lovingly updated her furniture in the '70's. Everything was solid and comfy, but very retro. We found the beds to be extremely comfortable. The kitchen had all the mod cons, and everything one could need to make dinner for the family. The grill is right off the deck, which is very nice, although it is a bit slow to cook compared to the monster we have at home. The house was kept spotless. If we visit the Gulf Coast again, we would definitely return.
We had a wonderful time...the gulf is right out the door, and the large picture windows in the house bring the gulf right on in! Arlan was always very responsive to what we needed! Great vacation!
Classic beach house, everything you need. Great support from rental agent.
We had a great time. Awesome location. Classic beach house has everything you need. Really appreciated Arlan and Barb's responsiveness to questions and inquiries. They went above and beyond to help us enjoy every minute.
Very close to the water with a great view
A comfortable home. Very nice screened patio with dining table and LAZY MAN gas grill.
Laid back, relaxing beachfront home
My family has rented this home the past 4 years for spring break and we love it! It's the perfect place to kick back and enjoy a relaxing week on the beach. The view from the house is incredible - especially at sunset - and nothing beats being steps away from a beautiful section of beach that is uncrowded even during tourist season. The house isn't fancy, but the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked, the bathrooms are clean and there's plenty of beach towels and a relaxing screened-in deck. The property manager is local and very helpful. We will definitely be back!
