4 bedroom, 3 bath midcentury estate with total privacy and space for everyone.
JACQUES is a an authentic 'Alexander home' in Racquet Club Estates that has had a few wonderful additions to the main house, as well as the addition of a separate casita. The entire 4 bedroom 3 bathroom property, behind walls and locked gates, is essentially your own private resort.
The house is wonderfully laid out for a group or family to enjoy. Everyone has ample private space in their bedrooms, but the open living area with the living room, kitchen, and dining room, is a great spot for everyone to hang out and play games, share a meal, or watch a movie (on the huge flatscreen tv).
The totally private outdoor area is everything you want in a Palm Springs house. It boasts a beautiful pool and jacuzzi with great sun exposure and sweeping mountain views, as well as lots of seating and lounging space. There is also an outdoor dining area and built-in BBQ.
The master suite features a king bed and en suite bathroom with a huge shower stall. The second bedroom in the house has a queen bed, and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom (with two twin beds). The detached casita has a queen bed and en suite bathroom, with direct pool access.
Located just a short drive from all that downtown Palm Springs has to offer, this house is the perfect retreat for some time away with your family or friends.

Palm Springs Paradise
Stayed at this lovely home for a week with several friends and it was perfect for our needs.
As in prior reviews, it is a bit dated, but that wasn’t an issue.
A couple of updates I would suggest is a rail to get in and out of the pool. For those of us with age issues, we found it difficult to get in and out of the pool gracefully.
The fountain wasn’t working and it had not been cleaned for quite awhile, so it was a bit of an eyesore, and lastly, the tree next to the pool shedded needles everywhere so we needed to clean off the outdoor furniture and pool deck, everyday, which wasn’t a huge issue, but was quite a mess in the pool and there wasn’t any equipment provided to scoop it out.
Would definitely stay again, but would really encourage the railing installation, if for only safety reasons.
This was my first visit to Palm Springs and I definitely wanted that mid century modern experience, and this home provided that, in spades!
Nice house - great location - fantastic pool and spa
The house was as it looked in the pictures and very comfortable. The pool was large and warm - we spent a lot of time in it and in the spa. The yard had nice plants and a lawn. Our adult son loved the casita which protected him from noise in the main house. The location was great: half way between two parks for kids to play and a short drive to downtown. We would have liked more supplies in the kitchen and more towels including beach towels.
I've stayed in a lot of PS properties over the years, and this one is definitely a great property nearby to everything with all a family or group needs. I know it sounds like the manager wrote this, but the house is exactly what you expect from the listing and more than met our expectations for a family weekend that included an eight- and a five-year-old. Easy booking, instructions, and check-out. Would definitely rent again.
I stayed here with a group of friends over a long weekend and we really enjoyed our time at Ben’s house. The house was big, cozy and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the outdoor area has plenty of seating and places to lounge around during the day, including a very lush and shady lawn area. We contacted the property manager with one question and she was very prompt and helpful in her reply. The house was perfect for our group weekend away. As per other reviews I would recommend visitors bring plenty of plastic cups/wine cups as there are none in the Kitchen. We would definitely come back here.
Almost too good to share...
This was our second stay at this house and it was just as great as the first. I'm almost hesitant to write another good review in fear that more people will be interested in booking and it won't be available the next time we want to book! :) The house itself has a great layout for a small group of friends/family. The kitchen is mostly well appointed (I would suggest some plastic glassware for the pool area?). The cabinetry in the kitchen and bathrooms are showing some wear and tear but it's typical for a rental property and doesn't take away from the general awesomeness of the house. The yard is beautiful and super tranquil. The pool and hot tub are great. The location itself is fantastic - close to downtown but really quiet. We will definitely be back!
Garden of Eden
Everything was great. I recommend fixing the key issue for the initial entry door. It was a hassle locking and unlocking the door. Also, the umbrella near the pool needs to be replaced. We absolutely loved the garden and the privacy.
