An abandoned home for nearly 20 years and desperately in need of a major uplift, Chris spent over a year renovating from the ground up. Great location, comfortable, clean and modern apartment

This apartment was perfect for our party of three women. It is an easy walk to upper King Street and in an up and coming, trendy area with great food options. Giving this a 5 star review, but note the only criticism is the noise from drunks and trucks at night - if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs. The beds are comfy, the linens are luxurious, and Chris was easy to work with. We loved it - it was exactly as pictured!

Great location and great place!

I just got back from a long weekend in Charleston and this place was perfect! The location was walkable distance to almost everything we did! The place was nice; great ceiling fans, comfortable beds and a nice upstairs deck! We had such a great time and would highly recommend the place!

Comfortable, but noisy apartment

Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Traffic on street was way too loud, all night long. 3 blocks from shuttle bus. 3 TVs, coffee supplied. Restaurants within walking distance.

This apartment was an excellent find. It is in the perfect location, near many restaurants and shops, as well as walkable to the historic district. This property was extremely clean and comfortable. The decor was beautifully done and there was no skimping on appliances or comforts. The beds were especially cozy! The check in process was very easy and the owner accessible as he is on property. I definitely recommend this property as a home away from home in a very beautiful city.

Great stay in a wonderful SC town

Home was fantastic with everyone one would need to make for a great stay. Location was perfect for a walk on King Street that is loaded with shops, bars and restaurants. The city of Charleston was fun, clean and full of things to see. Golf at Kiawah Island was 20 minute ride.

Cant wait to do it again.

House v comfortable and well equipped. Styled well to make you feel good walking in every time

Good location near cool bars and eateries. Battery Park a comfortable walk even. We loved walking round old Charleston. Cocktails at Zero George the best ever.

House styled beautifully and very clean. Shower brilliant.

Try Chez Nous just round the corner for a special dinner
