An abandoned home for nearly 20 years and desperately in need of a major uplift, Chris spent over a year renovating from the ground up. All the reviews helped me pick this property. All the pictures are exactly what it looks like. The owner Chris was the best to work with. We stayed 4 nights and loved the location, condition, and ease of staying there. The beds and pillows were so very comfortable. The towels were very nice , and all the extras that are included were a bonus. I would definitely rent this unit again. We were very happy and enjoyed ourselves. Thank you Chris!

When we 1st arrived I would be remiss is I didn't state that I was apprehensive. Neighborhood looked a little rough. Also concerns swiftly went away. The accommodations were great for us?

Clean, convenient, all the best amenities!

The place looks just like the pictures - very clean and spacious. Good taste on the little details. All the best amenities; comfortable bedding, pillows, towels, Keurig coffee, and more! Great location within walking distance to great restaurants. Owner was very responsive to any request. One of the bedrooms faces busy street, so be prepared to hear a little night life. Highly recommend the place and would come back!

Great little place

My wife and I, our 1 year old, and my parents spent a weekend. Was very nice with excellent attention to detail. We walked to some great restaurants and coffee shops (the Grocery, Prohibition and Revelator coffee).

Also, based on some of the other reviews we expected weekend party noise, and there was some, but none that we found disturbing or offensive).

We would definitely stay again.

Great location, wonderful interior!

My sister-in-law and I stayed here for a weekend and the place worked out great. The location was very close to King Street and all off the action. The interior of the house is modern and clean. The bedrooms are comfortable and there is plenty of closet space in both bedrooms. The kitchen is great with an eating nook and lots of windows. The upstairs porch was wonderful to sit on in the morning and the early evening. It is a bit noisy at night, but that's the cost of being right near King St.

Beautiful home close to King Street

Comfortable and beautiful home for 4 adults. Several great restaurants close by in the neighborhood, walkable to King Street for even more options. If you don't mind a longer stroll, walkable to historic downtown and the Battery, or you can grab a free city shuttle. Heavy traffic on the street, however, so very noisy, if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs! Chris promptly replied (and stopped by) to attend to one very minor problem. Great rain shower head, felt awesome after a hot day of sightseeing!
