Charming Ocean Front Condo
This condo was perfect for our short stay on St. Simons Island. It was nicely decorated and the location was spectacular! The small patio was perfect for breakfast and an evening glass of wine. The access to the beach was just what we were looking for and there were a couple restaurants within walking distance so we rarely had to get into the car. The garage had adequate parking. The only downside was the construction on the floor above us. While they did try to accommodate, we still found we needed to adjust our schedule around so we were not sitting and listening to the pounding. We would stay in this unit again.
St. Simons Island, Georgia was named 'America's Favorite Beach Town' and “America’s Most Romantic Town” in a May, 2014 Travel + Leisure readers' poll for our 'triple threat of southern charm, serenity and affordability.' St. Simons Island is a quiet beach town with a population of 13,000. The Island is not overcrowded or overdeveloped, but there is still plenty to do—from fishing to shopping to dining to biking to sightseeing to relaxing on the beach. There is as much or as little to do as you like.
