Located adjacent is an informal TV room with a huge array of books and a flat-screen TV, so guests can enjoy relaxing perhaps at the end of a long day exploring the City!
The main corridor leads to the kitchen which has a rustic design with solid-wood countertops and pastel green cabinets. It boasts a breakfast bar, separate under-counter fridge and freezer, as well as a dishwasher for easy cleaning. The 8-seater dining room sits at the rear with access to the stunning back garden. Guests may wish to dine al fresco in this generous grassy space which is lined with trees and pretty plants. Simply divine in the summer, it offers a secure and sizeable space for children to play freely and for guests to enjoy the picturesque surroundings!
On the first floor of the house is the family bathroom which is fitted with a bath and fixed overhead shower, and a separate WC. The first bedroom has a mezzanine level with a single bed, and a study desk in one corner.
On the second floor there is a wonderful study room filled with fascinating books and a study desk, offering guests a quiet space to read. There are two bedrooms on this floor, similarly designed with double beds and ample storage space.
Up a short flight of stairs is a very light and airy fourth bedroom with a double bed and the comfort of an en suite bathroom fitted with a bath.
