The living area is the perfect room for the entire family to get together. Dark wooden floors, a large L-shaped sofa, interesting artwork and spotlight lighting only adds to the appeal. At the heart of the room is a mini entertainment system consisting of a large wall mounted television, DVD player and large speakers providing surround sound for guests. Next to the living area lies the dining room. A sloping glassed roof bathes the room in natural light throughout the day. There is a piano, mini stereo with speakers and sliding patio doors that provide access to and views of the garden. The garden is a reasonable size for a house in London and is completely private. The area is decked and offers garden furniture and a BBQ - perfect for alfresco dining during the summer months or even just a morning coffee. Conveniently the kitchen is situated next to the dining room and what a great kitchen it is! It's a decent size with a large window ensuring it is light and airy and offers views of the garden. It is incredibly modern and the owners clear love and passion for cooking is clear to see with the amenities on offer. There is a two tiered double oven, large American style fridge/freezer, deep fat fryer, modern hob and even a wine chiller. Upstairs are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. On your left is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a double wardrobe with a mirrored frontage. There is another large, wall mounted flat screen television, bedside tables and dressing table. The en-suite, like the rest of the property, is finished to a high standard and provides a walk in waterfall shower, heated towel rail, large basin and a toilet. The second bedroom is a double and provides guests with a third television and a PS3 for the children or young at heart to enjoy! A single wardrobe is again mirrored, a desk and plenty of shelves for extra storage. From this bedroom, there are views of the garden. The third and final bedroom is a large single room and offers a huge fitted wardrobe and bedside table. Upon request, we can provide a further single mattress to sleep up to 6 guests in total. Across the hallway from here is the family bathroom boasting another waterfall shower, bath, his and hers matching basins, heated towel rail and a toilet.
