The villa was absolutely fantastic, great accommodation, well equipped & stunning views,

We stayed here with 8 adults & 5 babies and it was perfect! Secure pool, great cots, kiddie cutlery and plates etc. Only down side was the monitors didn’t reach between the two villas so we couldn’t all eat together or spend evenings together. Short walk to beach/town although not lit at night and no pavement

Traditional Villas with modern convenience in Beautifull surroundings.

We hired both Villas for two families of varying ages whilst attending a local wedding. As we arrived early morning with 4 very young children the owner was kind enough enable us to have early entry to the houses. Both Villas surpassed all expectations including the welcome food gift on arrival.The villas were close enough together for us all to enjoy eating and socialising in the large covered terrace yet the secure gated plot provided tranquil garden areas to escape for an hours rest. Having the Sheep to feed close by kept the children fascinated .Everything inside and out was provided even down to the BBQ fuel left ready which we made use of each evening when it got a little cooler The large shared pool area was clean, safe and had plenty of seating/sunbeds with fabulous views down to the Port. A short 10 minute walk to the beach, shops and restaurants meant that we did not have to rely on transport to get around a definite bonus. We had a very memorable holiday stay and I would not hesitate to book again if we returned to the area.

Fantastic fully equipped great outdoor spaces lovely pool and sun lounging deck

We were a work group of 9 walkers- the property felt very rural but a stones throw from the shops and the port. We had no cars but really enjoyed the walk back from port in the evenings. The buses to and from our mountain hikes left from just below the property on the roundabout.yes there is the sound of traffic but for us the proximity to the port was a real plus.Jaume and his wife were extremely accomadating as we only reached the property at 2am due to late arrival of our flight . He also dropped us up to the supermarket next morn as it was lashing!- thankfully sun came out by lunch and we fully enjoyed relaxing by the pool that evening. The outdoor kitchen was also superb . Everything about the property was perfect jaume was prompt in all communication before our arrival and really helpful during the week of our holiday.

If we need to meet the arrival of our customers at 2 a.m., so we do it, and if we should facilitate our means of transport to make the first purchase, even if it is, Sunday, also.! This is simply an add-on. Our houses, outdoor services, pool, gardens and everything else, will be priorities for our customers to fully enjoy their holidays. Two houses good for group holiday

We hired both houses for a group of 11. Overall a lovely stay, great infinity pool with plenty of sun beds & umbrellas around. Large outside kitchen & covered eating area with table to accommodate our group. Houses comfortable, bedrooms with air con & two modern bathrooms in each. Beds all single and average in comfort! Good location for walking to the port, but not for elderly with any mobility issues as a very steep road & driveway up to the house.

Our indoor and outdoor facilities have been to your liking. That you have enjoyed the incomparable setting of our swimming pool, as well as the location of our properties very close to the port. We are aware of the difficulty that offers the last stretch of the road (100 metres) for access to our properties, for elderly with little mobility. This geological, insurmountable gap on our part, is offset by the immediate proximity and their excellent panoramic you have enjoyed.

Great villas for families to get together.

We enjoyed our stay spending most of our time around the pool or eating outside in the communal dining area. We ranged in age from 15 months to mid fifties. The villas are private with an electric gate at the end of the drive which offered reassurance that the children could play safely. The daily routine of feeding the sheep was also something that we all looked forward to. There are a wonderful range of potted plants which add a lovely feel to the outdoors, which show the villas are well cared for giving the feeling of a home rather than a holiday home.

Inside the villas are well stocked with plates, bowls, glasses and cooking utensils making large family meals very easy. The villas were lovely and clean with good toilet and shower facilities. We made good use of the range of outdoor eating areas all of which have a view over to the port. There is also an outdoor loo which was ideal for the children.

The villas are quite close (as the crow flies) to the local bus stops which makes it handy for travel. You can see the buses from the pool area but this did not cause us a problem in fact we enjoyed watching out for members of our party returning from their excursions.

I would recommend mosquito repellent but as long as the window screens are closed we did not have a problem indoors.

All in all we had a wonderful family holiday with many happy memories.

We mean, again, the effort of my wife and myself we have made for our two properties, the venue for the best family holiday in the port of Soller, with an enviable geographic location. The opportunity to stay with the children, in our pleasant swimming pool. The views offered from the same, as well as their outdoor spaces enjoing their gardens, all in land fenced with electric gate, allows us to offer a maximum of safety. The possibility to visit and feed our sheeps must be often an unusual activity for children. As it cannot be otherwise, we offer our customers an extreme cleaning both the interior of the houses, all of our remaining dependencies. Effectively, public transport are within five minutes to walk from our property. We are pleased you keep a happy reminder of your family holiday, and will be proud if we can receive you back, again.

Family Holiday

What a beautiful place! Two families and grand parents shared the two villas. It is a gorgeous place and obvious that it has been given a lot of care and attention. The grounds are full of olive trees, plants and flowers all safely enclosed for the children to have their freedom. The pool was perfect for all of us with the spectacular view over to port Soller which was only a 10 min walk away to the shops/restaurants/beach. The outside dining area and kitchen was lovely and we enjoyed several nights bbqing and making paella. Both villas were well equipped and the owner was in easy contact when we needed some assistance with the electrics - all was sorted out very quickly.

Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a beautiful tranquil setting in easy reach of lovely port soller .
