As you enter the flat the first thing you notice is how bright and airy it feels. The entrance area with gorgeous, high quality hard wood floors, is spacious and cleverly designed to accommodate a study area with a modern white desk sitting centrally. On the right side of this you’ll find the reception room and kitchen. The generous reception room is glorious with a three window aspect overlooking the pretty street. The high quality glass topped dining table, which seats up to six, is in prime position beneath the windows. In the corner of the room there’s a plush modern L shaped sofa directed towards a big flat screen TV and DVD player. The large galley kitchen, next to the reception room, has all the equipment and modern appliances needed to make a lovely meal. There is a large American fridge/freezer, six range hob with an extractor fan and double ovens. The huge floor to ceiling sash window opens up onto a small balcony with potted plants. Conveniently, down the hall from the kitchen, there is a separate utility room with a top of the range washing machine and separate drier to suit your laundry needs. The two bedrooms are situated at the back of the flat, away from the street and overlook the lush green neighbouring gardens. The master bedroom is particularly roomy. There is a large double bed with bed side tables, a good sized chest of drawers and a hanging rail. Classic French doors open up onto a lovely balcony where you can enjoy the view of the gardens. Trees mask many of the surrounding buildings so you really feel secluded from the hustle and bustle of busy city life. The modern en-suite bathroom has the luxury of a his and hers wash basin with a big mirror above. You’ll also find a good quality shower and WC. The second bedroom is ideal for kids or a single adult. It hosts a single bed with a pull out stored underneath which would suit young children to early teens. There is also a reasonable sized cot. The room is fresh, comfortable and quiet due to its position facing the gardens. Conveniently placed next to this room there’s a family bathroom. It is modern and has the same high quality finish as the en-suite. In here there’s a bath with a shower over it, a WC and a smart basin with mirror above.
