Karen Beesley purchased this house in 2007
Great mountain views, shady backyard, proximity to the best of Boulder.
This home had a lived in feel and was not like most rentals we've been in. It took some getting used to as to not feel like we were encroaching on someone's space, but it was a great place to stay and would definitely recommend.
his home was a perfect base for exploring Boulder! Minutes from downtown Pearl Street, neighborhood shops and restaurants, gorgeous hiking and biking trails, and in a quiet neighborhood. We loved coming back to relax by the cozy fire looking out at the mountains after a day of exploring. My grandkids loved hanging out on the porch swing and in the big, shady backyard on the warmer days, and the nearby park with a stream, playground and tennis courts was great fun! The home is very comfortable (especially the pillowtop bed!), has great natural light, is nicely decorated, and had everything we needed to cook gourmet meals. This is our second time here, and we will back! Thank you Karen!
