Close to the Park
We enjoyed the solid furniture, comfortable bed, and proximity to the park. The few requests we had were immediately taken care of. As mentioned in some previous reviews the valley does have train traffic that takes some adjusting. Be sure to close your bedroom windows at night and my wife used ear plugs. We adjusted. Keisha and Chris were great to communicate with.
This is the nicest VRBO we've ever stayed in! New, CLEAN, and very well appointed - beautiful bathroom!!! The outside seating area was nice, the beds super comfy, and all of the amenities we could have hoped for (AC, cable, DW, W/D). The proximity to the park was perfect, there is a great restaurant right across the road, and a small grocery store was easy to get to - the kitchen is well stocked for doing some meals in.
Nice place, nice location
PROS: Great location ... close to Glacier and other activities (rope climbing park, mini golf, etc.); plenty of room; great deck with a canopy for shade; large TV; fluffy towels (and plenty of hooks to hang them!).
CONS: near railroad track so you could hear the trains at night; limited storage space (Neither bedroom had a closet or a dresser. Not a big deal for us since we were there only two nights and so we were living out of our suitcases. But if we were there for a week I would have wanted a place to put my clothes.) (There is a large closet to hang things in the back hallway.)
BOTTOM LINE: We'd definitely stay there again.
Lovely interior but NOISY
The Owners obviously put lots of creative energy into this apartment. Finishes are lovely and the shower in particular is very cool. BUT, even with windows closed at night, the sound of 8-10 trains passing by, and honking 3-4 times at the crossing 200 ft away, made it really difficult to get a decent night's sleep. If you sleep well with earplugs, you may have a better experience.
A wonderful location, easy access to restaurants, shopping, awesome view of the mountains.
Very relaxing, with wonderful views of the mountains. You are surrounded by tall evergreen trees and the smell of fresh clean air is amazing. The sounds of the wind moving in the trees gives one pause to bask in the wonder of God's creation. A large deck area with gas grill, makes outdoor cooking fun, very spacious accomadations, super clean, the rustic appeal is relaxing reminding one of times and life gone by,. The owners are very friendly and helpful with any needs. This is "our" spot when we travel to Montana. Restaurants, shopping, and Glacier is only a hop sip and a jump down the road. A high ropes course is located on the property for your entertainment and fun. A definite fun adventure. Total thumbs up.
This little place was great
Enjoyed our stay here. Clean and close to the park.
Our area is full of great outdoor adventure opportunities year round. We are located in coram mt just 7 miles west of west glacier- the west entrance to glacier national park. Right here in coram there are two restaurants, glacier grill & pizza and the trapline cafe, a brand new aerial adventure park, glacier highline, a local whiskey distillery, glacier distillery, a outdoor maze park with bumper cars, mini-golf and more... Multiple restaurants and grocery stores just minutes away in columbia falls mt-10 miles west of coram... Coram makes a great home base for all of glacier national park and the flathead valley's vast range of activities and attractions.
