Completely renovated 2 bedroom, one bath home on 2.4 acres located 4-6 miles from downtown Asheville and Biltmore House. All new kitchen, furniture, appliances and heating/AC . Property includes free internet access, cable TV, washer and dryer. An outdoor grill along with a huge front porch and large yard area provides incentive to enjoy the outdoors. Ground level living, no stairs. A queen bed is in each bedroom providing sleeping accommodations for 4 adults. Tile bathroom shower with granite counter tops. Property is rented 12 times per/year (once a month) with 5 day minimum and 90 day maximum (see rental contract for details or call 303-818-0067).
I grew up in Asheville and cannot think of a better place to live or visit. The local mountains of Western Carolina are by far the best the east coast has to offer. I have spent years backpacking, rock climbing, hiking and golfing in and around Asheville. Please let me know if you have any questions regarding outdoor activities.

We purchased this property in 2012 and it has been in my family since 1950. The property was in bad shape so we decided to completely renovate the property. New everything including electrical, plumbing, heating, AC, roof, kitchen appliances, maple cabinets, granite in kitchen & bathroom, new tile in bathroom and dining room. The result turned out to be better than I ever would have expected.
My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon and we loved it! It was very well cleaned and nicely decorated. We loved the location as it is very close to all the attractions Asheville has to offer. We come out to Asheville a few times a year and this was by far the nicest place we have stayed! We will definitely try to book here again the next time we venture out that way.
We rented this beautiful home for 2 nights while we visited Asheville. We can not say enough about how wonderful our stay was. The home was clean, in a great location and well decorated. We had everything we needed and more. Booking and arrival process was so easy. We will definitely try to book again on our next visit. Added bonus was that we were able to bring our dog with us without an outrageous fee. Thank you Monty for sharing your home!
house is in a good location -- a quick drive to downtown Asheville and Biltmore shopping area. The home furnishings, amenities and appliances are all great! Would stay here again.
House was really easy to find and get to. We were in Asheville to go to the "Biltmore". This house is like a block off the road that goes straight into the gates at Biltmore. Just prior to the Biltmore gates is Biltmore Village with lots of good restaurants and shopping. Easy distance to a grocery store.

I would definitely recommend this house to anyone that wants all the comforts of home while visiting Asheville NC.
The house was a little hard to find for the first time at night. Others mentioned the noise from the road. It didn't bother us at all, but we are from suburbs of Chicago. The front porch was awesome to relax on. Our Cubs were in the WS so we were able to watch that on the big screen tv. Dining table was great for playing games. Bathroom and bedrooms were great! Comfy beds and pillows. The house is located close to gas stations, restaurants, and grocery stores. It was located perfectly for all the places we wanted to go while there. We def want to come back to Asheville and hope that this house is available again. Thanks again!

The Blue Ridge Parkway is located only 2 miles away and provides access to the most scenic drive in NC. The Biltmore House and Gardens located in Biltmore Town Square is 3.6 miles from property. There are many excellent restaurants and shopping locations within a 10 mile radius.
