We both grew up in families that traveled a lot. In our adult lives we have traveled a lot for our work as well. So we know a thing or two about being comfortable when we are away from home. We rarely stay in hotels unless we have to, that is why with our vacation rental we strive to keep it clean and comfortable for our guests.

This property is a duplex. We have pride of ownership and live next door. We enjoy walking 3-4 blocks to our little town where we dine, shop, and socialize with our good friends and neighbors. There is a weekly Tuesday fresh produce market where we buy our produce, local honey, fresh bread, artisan cheese and seafood for the week.
We also love the art walks where local artist display and sell their creations every first Friday of the month and every 3rd Saturday of the month.

All kidding aside this is truly a great community with a variety of activities for young and old. Gullfport has a top of the line senior center with an active calender that offers a great place for seniors to gather and socialize. Gulfport Casino offers nightly dance lessons in Ballroom, Tango, Swing and Salsa. There are many local artist that open up their studios to the public and hold classes in mosaics and blown glass. We have a yoga studio and our recreation center also has many fitness classes. All of our restaurants are locally owned and delicious. Beaches- we've got those too! From Clearwater to Fort DeSoto and even Gulfport. What we have here is truly a "Hidden Gem" in old Florida.... We encourage you to visit anytime of the year, there is always something going on. We even have a spectacular 4th of July fireworks show!! We hope to see you soon.

This home was perfect for our family of four. The house was super clean and very relaxing and Tiffany made our stay so comfortable. It was a bit of a drive (30 to 40 mins) to Tampa where we spent a couple of days visiting Busch Gardens but it was mostly interstate so it was an easy drive. I love the location of this house - an easy five block walk in one direction to Walgreens to pick up any items you might have left behind. In the other direction another easy walk to the beach and a wide range of restaurants and shops. I can't forget the great patio where we had dinner one night and the yard out front my daughter loved playing in.I will definitely be back. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!
