Come enjoy Paradise Isle, our home away from home! We purchased this unit in 2016 and just finished remodeling the entire unit, top to bottom. All new decor, fresh paint, new cabinets, fixtures, windows. It's a LARGE one bedroom, 1 bath unit located in a small complex, within walking distance of everything you could possibly need or WANT! We also have a sleeper sofa in the living room, to sleep 6 comfortably. A fully stocked kitchen, new stack washer/dryer, large deck, 4 grills on site, pool, and hot tub are just a few reasons why you'll keep coming back! This unit has the largest deck in the complex with the best ocean view in the complex! Don't forget your four legged family member! They will have a blast with quiet walks beside the lagoon, right in your back yard. We hope you come stay with us SOON!

Gulf Shores has been our 'summer beach trip' spot since I was a child! We purchased our first unit in Gulf Shores in 2015. This unit makes our 5th! We love meeting and speaking with our guest. We love managing the units ourselves, and having an opportunity to be a part of someones 'summer beach trip'.

After purchasing our first unit in Paradise Isle, we were hooked! We now have 5 units, all in Paradise Isle. We love the complex for so many reasons . . free parking, very pet friendly, kid and family friendly, lagoon fishing, walking distance to the beach, small complex less than 35 units, etc! The best way to describe it is, your own little house, on stilts.

Awesome time in Gulf Shores and Paradise Isle Unit #1

Except for a minor miscommunication regarding the deck, we had a great time and loved loved the unit. The unit was fully equipped with everything that we needed and more. The washer and dryer were a very nice addition and the stairs were a heck of a workout. Jessica, the owner, was very responsive to our needs and very helpful. We will recommend Paradise Isle and Unit 1 to our friends. Best part - pet friendly. My pup loved it. We love Gulf Shores and hopefully will be back next year.

Great property to get away and enjoy the beach

We rented this property for Labors Day weekend. The property is right across the street from beach access which was great for us with a baby being able to quickly get to and from the beach. It was very clean minus a bit of a sandy bathroom floor but overall very clean, well organized with a fun relaxing beach theme carried throughout the condo. Coffee filters were provided as well as a kurieg if you have kcups already and a hairdryer in the bathroom. We had our pups with us as well which is a huge bonus to be able to travel with our WHOLE family. There was a pet relief area with bags provided and a quiet street out back for morning walks. The pool and hot tub were also very clean and family friendly. We were also able to walk to many of the shops and restaurants nearby. You do have to walk up steep stairs to get to the condo but with that comes a great view. We will definitively be back to this property again.

the view from the top floor is nice - but it is a workout to get there!

We were so lucky to find a pet friendly place with only a week's advance notice in August! The place was perfectly fine - 2 double beds in 1 room - my husband & I each took a bed since the double was a bit small for us both. There were beach toys in the laundry room, but no beach chairs. That was ok since we had brought our own, but the last place we stayed on the beach had chairs & that was really convenient. Nice view sitting on the deck, overlooking the main road down west beach. Loved the bar height composite furniture outside. There was public beach parking/crosswalk right outside the door basically, which was really nice. Our large truck would not fit totally under the structure due to air conditioner units sticking out, but we were able to back somewhat underneath. A few recommendations: 1) storage for clean towels in the bathroom. The towels were folded & had to stay on the back of the toilet tank. There are a couple of unlined rattan like baskets on the wall in the bathroom, but they would pull the towels, & were somewhat slanted downwards so that wouldn't work. We didn't use the baskets at all. There is room for a small rack/cabinet or even a wall towel rack. 2) a hook or two on the bathroom door or overdoor hook system would be nice. 3) coffee cups must be upgraded. My husband told me he read they were small, but they were ridiculously small. They might hold 6-8 ounces, and while they are cute, match the décor & are stackable in a mug rack, I think people would appreciate larger mugs. I found my enjoyment of the view interrupted by having to refill the coffee cup so often. 4) This is not about the unit, but more the cleaning team used. There was a Dr. Pepper can left by the chaise lounge outside by the previous guests. They might give a once over to the outside deck to make sure that doesn't happen again. 5) Oh, and the stairs. Ok, so we all want a great view, but this is the first time we have stayed in a unit without an elevator option. The stairs are a bit taller than normal & wide enough for 1 person to get to the top units. It is a chore to carry things up and down all of the stairs, which is 2 1/2 flights each way. Groceries, luggage, beach stuff, our puppy - all had to be carried. 6) The door to the unit opens directly to outside and the weather. Would be nice to have some shelter/roof/awning over door (and stairs) somewhat in the rain. Very enjoyable trip - would stay there again.

Amazing!

I cannot say enough nice things about this place! From the second we walked into the front office and were greeted by the nicest lady( i cannot remember her name, but she said "there is a rule that if we have a dog, she has to meet her). She also offered us coupon books and an umbrella for the beach, which was nice. The pictures do not do it any justice. The condo we stayed in (unit 1), had a balcony that allowed us to see the beach! We brought our little dog and she was also well accommodated. The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. Also, the condo was in a very central location that allowed us to get to restaurants, gift shops, and activities very quickly. If i had anything negative to say it would be that the pool was too warm(but its alabama, so i guess thats to be expected), but this was not a huge deal since we spent most of the time at the beach. Shelley was also very nice and wonderful to work with. We cannot wait to book our next trip!

Our complex is within walking distance to everything you could need or WANT! Bahama Bob's is directly across the street for great seafood. Tequila Ted's is next door for great Margaritas and live music. Pier 33 is a block away for local shopping and groceries. Most importantly, the beach is just a few steps in front of the complex and fishing in the lagoon, to the rear.
