Our 1800 sq/ft condo was built in 2005 and features a beautiful view of the lake & sunset, granite counter tops, new appliances, washer, dryer and a private balcony with grill. Master bath has whirlpool tub. Nice 12 unit complex that is quiet yet close to everything one could want for a vacation! On site pool, walk out front to the lake. A short 1/2 mile ride to fully stocked marina with gas, restaurant, rentals of all kinds, boat & slips, jet skis, and ski shop. Only a 5 minute drive to Silver Dollar City. Convenience stores close, excellent outlet shopping, Branson Landing 15 miles and all the entertainment one could want in between.

We have owned this beautiful lake front condo since it was built and have enjoyed many good times with our family & friends. We try to keep it well stocked for your enjoyment, as well as comfort for the whole family and friends. We have set it up so two families can have a nice place to stay at a reasonable rate.

Wonderful place to stay!

Loved our stay! Condo was clean and comfortable for all 11 of us and the view was just breathtaking at sunset! Owners were wonderful to work with and responded to any questions in a timely manner.

Fabulous weekend with my daughters!

My daughters and I had a great weekend! We loved the location of the condo! With that being said...there were a couple of things that would prevent us from staying here again. The first thing we noticed entering the condo was how dirty the floors were. The carpet is covered with stains. We weren’t about to walk barefoot. The kitchen and bathroom floors were sticky. You could see mop marks so they went over the floors but maybe with only water. There was very little water pressure. Only one shower at a time as long as no other water was being used. The only other thing was when we went to put dishes in the dishwasher it was full of clean dishes. We’ve stayed in many VRBO’s and never had to start our stay putting away a full load of dishes.

Owner's Response: Sorry we had a long talk with our cleaning crew, they are to give us a heads up when things need to be done like carpets but typically there done 3 times a year. As far us sticky floors if that happens again, we will find a new cleaning company. The cleaning person was fired, as one can tell in Branson good reliable help is hard to find. The carpets were to be done the week before you got there, but somehow the carpet guy did not do it. But yet they did my next door neighbor. He is coming back today to get it done. Again sorry for any inconvenience. As far a dishes some people do them on there own before leaving and the cleaning crew did not check the dishwasher.

Nestled in the privacy of Indian Point away from the hustle and bustle and traffic of hwy 76 This condo was PERFECT for our family of 11. Would love to come back!

We had a good time.

There were three adults and one child in our group and we had plenty of room. The condo is well stocked with everything we needed. The location is good. My only suggestion would be to replace the carpet in the living room. We would go back.
