A quiet and charming ground floor condo in the Birdrock area featuring it's owns private entrance. With only a few stairs from the one car private garage to the back porch area, it's a great fit for seniors or couples with young kids.

As you enter the condo, there is an inviting Great Room that houses the world largest and most comfortable couch and two large soothing Tommy Bahama ceiling fans. This couch has been known to have insomniacs asleep in 5 minutes. In fact, there has been a missing persons report filed only to find that person days later at the other end of the couch. If you're not taking an afternoon nap from surfing or basking in the sun on Tourmaline Beach, you are probably listening to your favorite Pandora station or watching Apple TV on the 55" Samsung TV. We provide Direct TV and HBO for those lazy days at the condo, as well. Game of Thrones fans don't worry, you will be able to watch the upcoming season!

The condo is walking distance to many restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. Oscars Fish Tacos, French Gourmet, Bar Key, Pernicano's Pizza, and Cafe Bar Europa are just to name a few. And if you are looking for one of San Diego's best dive bars, you don't have to go far to find the West End. Another great feature about the condo is there is a grocery store in the neighborhood. If you forget an ingredient for lunch or dinner just shoot out the backdoor and you are at the grocery store.

The condo has a few different eating areas. Feel free to gather around the unique, hardwood kitchen table or head to the back porch and enjoy your meal while watching your favorite show on the wall mounted 40" TV. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, including a gas cooktop or if you are a grill master we also have a BBQ for your enjoyment. The refrigerator has filtered water and ice maker so there is no need to spend money on bottled water and ice. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to feel like like you are at home.

The master bedroom has a sliding glass door that opens to the back porch and 2 west facing windows. You will enjoy a wonderful ocean breeze for a cool night sleep on The W Hotel California King mattress set. There is a ceiling fan to keep the refreshing, ocean air circulating throughout the house. The master bath has dual sinks and a wonderful shower with excellent water pressure. The second bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed and also a ceiling fan. The guest bath is newly remodeled and has a full size bath tub.

Last but not least, you have access to a private one car garage with an additional reserved parking spot. The garage has a washer and dryer for your convenience and also stores all beach gear. We have an umbrella, beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, horse shoes, etc. Also for the parents out there, we have a Pack & Play and portable high chair for the little one. No need to haul either of them on the plane or in the car!

I have been in the customer service industry for over 20 years and truly understand providing a great product with exceptional service. I will be available 24/7 to make your stay the best it can possibly be in "America's Finest City". My wife or I will meet you at the condo to show you around and answer any questions that you may have. We live less than 5 minutes away so we are available to help in any way we can.

Why Patrick Conolly chose North Pacific Beach

I think the best location in San Diego. You are located 1/10 of a mile from the beach and can walk to Pacific beach or Birdrock. You are 50 yards from a grocery store and a stones throw from Oscar's Fish Tacos, cafe's and other restaurants. This location is 15 minutes from downtown and 20 minutes to Del Mar. The place has an attached garage and 1 reserved parking spot. The property is on a quiet street in a very friendly neighborhood.

What makes this condo unique

If you are looking to see all of san diego or just chill at the beach, my place will will be perfect. I know you will be very happy here. We live only 5 blocks away so will greet you at the property and answer any questions that you may have. We can give the places to go(and not to go) and all the local information that you need. There is also beach gear in the garage which you can use. Lastly, we will have some cold waters and a few bottles of wine ready for you on your arrival.

Great Place to Stay in the Heart of LaJolla

Lovely condo in a central location in LaJolla. Patrick had thought of everything, including a lovely flower arrangement to welcome us. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us and we enjoyed the cool breezes and lovely courtyard. Very quiet location and less than 2 blocks to a grocery store! Everything we needed for a family get together

Patrick was a wonderful owner. His house was spotless and had everything we needed. Even the baby bed and high chair. Lots of room for baby, parents and grandmother. We loved being able to walk to food shopping, ocean, and restaurants. We had a wonderful time there and can totally recommend it.

Great location!

Patrick and his condo are great! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Patrick went out of his way to purchase a dumbbell weight set for our boys when I asked about gyms near by. All sights of San Diego and surrounding areas are within 25 minutes or less of the condo... beach within walking distance. A wonderful time had by all.

Nice condo, good location, quiet and comfortable.

The condo is nicely located on the very north perimeter of Pacific Beach. This means that you are are an easy walk to beaches, restaurants, grocery store, etc. but don't have the noise, crowds, and traffic that accompanies PB. Nicely kept and equipped, the condo has good security, is on a cul-de-sac, nice and roomy, with a large master bedroom, and a comfortable second bedroom. Kitchen area is well-equipped for the cooking we did (including grilling steaks on the gas barbecue) with nice appliances. Fridge has a nice ice-maker, too. Very quiet, located in a permanent residential neighbourhood. Low-level of street traffic, good parking for the car. Patrick the owner met us on arrival and gave us a good walk-through and some lovely flowers for my wife. Had a problem with the dishwasher which Patrick attended to promptly. He lives nearby, so is a good source of local knowledge. While located close to the beach, there is no ocean or scenic views, but we could walk to the shore in under 10 minutes. Crystal Pier is also a pleasant morning stroll from the condo. An easy and scenic fifteen minute walk took us to La Jolla Village area, with all it's restaurants and coffee shops, and more spectacular Pacific ocean views. Easy access to major transportation routes, lots of good shopping, theatres, dining, etc. within easy reach by car. Even downtown SD and Balboa Park/Zoo were within 20 minute drive. We've stayed in San Diego before, this place was the nicest accommodation, with the best location. We would certainly stay here again, should our travels take us back to San Diego.

Great property for entertaining. Great location because it was quiet and free of the traffic noise. Great proximity to shopping district. Great location to La Jolla although it was still a drive. Easy availability for walking to the beach.
