About the property

1 Bedroom, 2 Bathrooms, Sleeps 6

If you are looking for excellent accommodations, Aspen at Streamside will not disappoint you. From the Streamside at Vail property, you will be able to easily take advantage of all that the Vail Valley has to offer.

The Vail Valley, of course, is known for its winter sports, but it's just as popular as a summer vacation destination, too, with such activities as hiking, whitewater rafting, rock climbing, mountain biking, fishing and, of course, playing golf.

After all, the Vail Valley, with its resorts and villages, boasts more than 300 days a year of sunshine. The area also offers a variety of cultural events, such as the Vail International Dance Festival, Bravo! Vail Valley Music Festival, Oktoberfest and the Hot Summer Nights concerts at Vail's outdoor amphitheatre at Ford Park.

As far as golf goes, it doesn't get much better than the Vail Valley. with 17 championship golf courses within a 38-mile radius, and half of them open to the public, Vail's golf courses run the gamut -- from Vail Golf Club at the foot of Vail Mountain, to the mountainous course at Eagle Vail Golf Club. The region's golf courses were designed by some of the game's biggest names -- Pete Dye, Arnold Palmer, Greg Norman, Tom Fazio, Robert Trent Jones -- which counter the area's world-class skiing.

Other popular activities include off-road tours, zip-lines, paragliding and shooting the rapids on some of the best whitewater rivers in the country. Cycling, both on and off road, is top notch in the valley, as cyclists take it through Vail Pass and beyond where cars can't go, but the bike trails continue.

The area’s shopping scene boasts plenty of boutiques, galleries, gift shops, sporting good stores and specialty shops in towns and villages like Vail, Beaver Creek, Minturn, Avon and Eagle.

About Courtney Howey Owner

Growing up in Colorado we have a love and passion for the mountains.

Courtney Howey Owner purchased this condo in 2011

Why Courtney Howey Owner chose Vail

Phil has been visiting vail since he was 8 and Courtney since she was 12. Vail holds special memories for us being married here in 2005. This property was a now brainer with our love for Hiking, Skiing and the Annual festivals like Oktoberfest, Wheels and Wings. We needed a place to visit every year.

What makes this condo unique

The shuttle takes the worries out of driving and you are able to let loose and indulge in a cocktail or two. The pools and hot tubs are always well maintained and the convince of the location with the view of the mountain and sounds of the stream off the porch make this a favorite place.

It was a great experience at the resort, i've skied Vail many times in the winter but never had the chance to enjoy the summer time. I would recommend it to all my friends and relatives to come back every year.

My family loved this place!

We loved our stay in Vail, had a great time! Lots on site amenities kept the whole family entertained. Kids couldn't get enough of the pool! We were minutes from downtown Vail, with lots of shops (the candy store was the kids' favorite!), yummy restaurants and who could forget the gondola ride! Plus it was an easy drive from Denver - all highway and so pretty! Would highly recommend for a couple's getaway or for a family stay. The condo had plenty of space! We opened the windows and back patio door for some much needed mountain air, added bonus was the sound of the streaming river, so peaceful.
