Great location, but a tired town home.

  • 3 of 5

The location is great, but the it is rather tired with old carpet and kind of banged up

Well equipped condo in a convenient location.

  • 5 of 5

The condo had everything we needed on our short stay in Squaw Valley and was conveniently placed near the highway and had bike/walking trails into the village on our doorstep. I would highly recommend this condo to families as there are plenty of amenities on site and Nick was very easy to communicate with.

Four couples? No problem.

  • 5 of 5

This condo is conveniently located, well maintained, practical, and has all the essentials.

It's tough to find a reasonably priced condo that will truly accommodate 8 adults, including seating them all at the dinner table. (You'd be amazed at the number of condos renting for as much or more with dining room tables that seat six, or even four)

The foyer, as advertised, has plenty of room for ski boots, jackets, etc. The washer and dryer are large and in an enclosed, quiet, space of their own.

There are 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths in/near the bedrooms plus a toilet on the main floor. They're nice, quiet, and the heat works properly. What's not to like?

The kitchen was fine, a little tight, but we're all cooks - most people would never notice.

Nick, if you put a sharpening stone in a kitchen drawer, the next time we come we'll sharpen all your knives!

Wonderful cabin

  • 4 of 5

We stayed for a week with another family. Cabin rooms were very well suited for 2 families with young children. 2 rooms for each on separate floors. Kitchen was well stocked with the entire Ikea kitchen collection. There were toys and a step stool that worked very well with our young children. Bottom room opens up to the back that was a wonderful and safe place for kids to play. A couple bedrooms could use more/thicker blankets, and the carpet could use a deep clean or replacement. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Family friendly condo in beautiful SquawVslley.

  • 4 of 5

We held a family reunion at Squaw Valley and this condo worked out quite well for us. It was very "family friendly" and as we had lots of small children, that was important. The kids especially enjoyed the downstairs "playroom" where there were lots of activities for them to do. Nic (the owner), also arranged so that we could use his high chair and pack n play for baby. There was also plenty of sleeping space. Kitchen was well stocked with items to help us (i.e. Spices, sandwich bags, foil, etc.) Nic was also very good at quickly responding to any questions that we had. Very good person to work with. Would definitely consider again.

Great Location!

  • 4 of 5

This home offered us everything that we needed. We needed numerous bedrooms and bathrooms in order to get ready for the upcoming wedding. It also offered some cooking supplies and utensils that we used to cook a family dinner & several breakfasts. We were so glad that they had a steam iron to press all the men's shirts and a great hair dryer for the women. We also were able to make it down to the pool and heated whirl pool. We all were very happy.
