In a pleasant and quiet, it is a nice spacious and bright house that can accommodate from 2 to 8 people, for successful holidays in the heart of the pink granite coast.

You can enjoy a wide range of activities (beaches, hiking, visit the 7 islands, water sports, golf, Casino). You can discover and visit the Breton heritage (chapels, churches, crosses and crucifixes, the Valley of Saints in Carnoët).
With the family, you will be able to go to the Gallic village, the accrobranche, to the city of the telecom, the planetarium to Pleumeur-Bodou, to the aquarium of Trégastel.

You will be close to the beach Trestraou (15 minutes walk), as well as the city center (3 km). Ploumanac'h, elected favorite village of the French in 2015 to 4 km, Tregastel 6 km, Lannion 10 km.

This residence comprises on the ground floor: a fully equipped American kitchen, a living room and a dining room, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet. A room with bed in 160 x 200cm. A garage with direct access to the kitchen. Main door electric opening and small door leading to the garden.
Upstairs: a mezzanine with small lounge, a double room with 2 beds of 90 x 190cm, a room with a bed 140 x 200cm, a room with a double bed 140 x 190cm. A bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet.
You will enjoy a terrace of 40m2 on a plot of 600m2 facing west. You can enjoy the garden furniture, deckchairs and BBQ available to you. The house is also equipped for children: a child's bath, a changing mat, a high chair and 2 beds umbrella.
