Relax in this lovely alpine home, which comes complete with dormer-style ceilings and an outdoor deck on which you can enjoy a glass of wine. The living room gets tons of light thanks to the huge windows, skylights, and high ceilings. A large futon couch allows for extra accommodations and you can warm your tootsies at the vintage gas fireplace while you watch a movie on the flatscreen TV.
The kitchen is mere steps away and features a three-seat breakfast bar, dishwasher, and plenty of counter space for dinner prep. A sun room is just off the kitchen with a comfortable wicker couch to recline on.
On the main floor, you'll find two bedrooms. The master boasts a queen bed, a large closet, and a TV. The second bedroom has another queen bed and antique furniture - both rooms share a full bath down the hall. Up one flight, you'll come across the loft and third bedroom. Grab a book and recline on the papasan chair or take a nap in the queen-bedded room. A full bath is on hand to get you prepped for a night on the town.
Free WiFi and a washer and dryer are available as well. Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome, though a nightly fee per dog and minimum fee per stay will apply. Enjoy the fenced in backyard or head to the nearby park for more BBQ pits and volleyball courts.
Relax in a natural wonderland in South Lake Tahoe. There are plenty of places to grab a glass of wine or a quick bite. During the day, head to the nearby ski resorts for some downhill fun. If skiing is not your thing, never fear, you can hike, bike or paddle board to your heart's content.

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s familys summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
Finding the property was fairly easy and it is in a great location. There are gas stations, pharmacies and grocery stores nearby. The house is very well taken care off and has most of everything u need for your stay. We were only there for an extended weekend but it was lovely. The living area was great and had enough room for all of us to sit together and hang out. The garage entry was perfect to unload and load up our cars.! overall a great place to stay.. we will definitelly be coming back!
We arrived to a clean home . The beds were nice not thrift store quality. A snow plow came often for snow removal. The home was minimal ,but very worth the cost.
Very nice house, close to our Daughter & Son-in law's place, and all the other things that you might want to do while in South Lake Tahoe.
