The unit was everything we wanted in a rental
My husband and I, along with our four-legged family member truly enjoyed our stay at this rental. It has a fenced-in back yard with force air downstairs. At night we open the windows and start the fans upstairs - very nice. My husband enjoyed sitting on the patio in the evening - located in the master bedroom upstairs. I enjoyed everything along with the big-screen plasma to satisfy my news junkie needs! Kathryn, the owner was friendly and approachable. I was in need of a dog sitter for several times during our visit and Kathryn recommended a Mother-Daughter duo that was GREAT! Our family plan to be repeat customers!
Beautiful home, has everything you need, close to everything in Cherry Creek! This is our second stay here and we hope it will not be our last. David and Katie are wonderful hosts — very kind and attentive to your needs. It just doesn’t get any better than this place!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The location doesn't get any better. All of Cherry Creek's restaurants and shops are within a few minutes walk. The house is very comfortable and well kept with the yard being an excellent amenity, particularly for our two year old. The owners are responsive and friendly. We ran into a very small issue when we checked in, and Kathryn resolved it quickly and even brought our son a few small toys. She was also very understanding when we asked for a check out extension to allow our son to nap before heading to the airport. We look forward to staying again upon our next visit to Denver!
Great location and great hosts
We needed a place for a month in Denver, and the location of this gem innCherry Creek North was ideal. Just a quick walk to shopping (including Whole Foods!), well situated near all the big parks, and less than 15 minutes by car to Downtown. Responsive hosts made this a great stay. .
Cherry Creek Gem!
What can I say? This Cherry Creek home has it all! Location, location, location - walk to EVERYTHING! Mall, shops, dining, Whole Foods. Easy access to all main routes to other parts of the city. Safe. Superb if you're a jogger or walker! This home is a modern, updated jewel nestled among truly magnificent larger homes. The furnishings, cabinetry, art and accessories definitely have that "IKEA" vibe with clean lines, quality, comfort and "pops" of great color in a neutral bright setting. Literally, from the minute we walked in the door, our impression was "YES! We definitely made the right decision!" The owner lives nearby and while she certainly didn't hover over us, she made it known that she welcomed our visit (fresh flowers upon our arrival, plenty of info. and instructions, well equipped kitchen and baths) and, should we need anything at all, she was available. Even the neighbors were friendly and welcoming without being intrusive. If you choose this home for your Cherry Creek stay, you will NOT be disappointed!

Loved it! Gave us exactly enough room for my husband and myself. Close to Cherry Creek - we walked everywhere, to shop, dine, buy groceries.. And the price was, in my opinion, very reasonable.
