About Justin Haskell

The beauty of Hawaii and the beauty of a woman (who is now my wife) kept me in Hawaii. I was on vacation with my younger brother visiting the North Shore at the beginning of 2008 when I met a young lady dancing. We quickly fell in love and were married before the end of the year! Years later we are happy to be enjoying paradise with our three children.

Why Justin Haskell chose North Shore Oahu

There's something special about this property. We immediately fell in love with it when we looked at it. It's on a large piece of land (for Hawaii's standards) and has two separate living units.

Attention to detail is the best way to describe this house! It has everything you need from the linens on the bed to every kitchen utensil necessary for the foodie in you. I love to cook and I can say that the home is a great place to entertain. I LOVED how the home was decorated and appreciated how clean the house was. Take the time to read all the signs on the walls - so cute!!! When we arrived, we were welcomed with a bit of "aloha" with a nice note and a basket of goodies. The beach is literally down the street and it is amazing! I went there every morning to watch the sunrise. The beach is clean, you get to see turtles from time to time, and it isn't over crowded at all. I can say for most of the time spent there, we were the only ones on the beach. It was simply gorgeous! My only complaint was that we had to go home. :( Truly a beautiful place to be and I would definitely stay here again! Mahalo for letting my family and I stay at your home and making our dream vacation come true! ~Vanessa

Incredible property!

  • 5 of 5

This is a beautiful house, well-stocked with lovely furnishings and gorgeous beach decor. The kitchen appliances are high quality, as are the dishes and small appliances. There were lots of towels, beach chairs, snorkel equipment, etc. Huge TV with Netflix which was nice for watching a movie one evening. It was nice to have a/c in 3 of the bedrooms. We had the nearby beach pretty much to ourselves (gorgeous sunsets too) and it was a quick drive to the nearby town of Haleiwa which had a lot of great restaurants and food trucks. The property manager was extremely responsive to our questions while we were there. We drove to other beaches on the North Shore and of course had to take a trip to Ted's Bakery for the Chocolate Haupia Pie. I highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again!

The house is very comfy & beautiful. It's not ideally situated on the beach but it's not too far.

I would give 5 stars if this house were on the water & minus the drama next door.

Our neighbor on the left of the house was swearing foul language, screaming, crying & calling for "Cosmos" for over an hour & throughout Sunday. There was also a lot of verbal abuse coming from the same house throughout our stay not ideal for my grandsons to listen to.

Really great house for families and groups

  • 4 of 5

My family (3 adults, a 5 year old and 2 year old) all really enjoyed our time here. The space is well laid out to allow everyone some privacy but also had good communal space. The location was convenient to Haleiwa and also the beach. If you're planning to spend a lot of time in Honolulu then this is too far away for that. An hour one way. But we spent most of our time on the North Shore so we were happy. This house has some weird quirks like the light switches that do nothing, but is overall very well maintained. I would stay here again for sure!

Beautiful Home for a Perfect Family Vacation!

  • 5 of 5

Staying in this home was wonderful. It was the perfect size for our large Family Vacation. I've never been to Hawaii, so we were so excited about finding this home on The drive was quite a distance (about 45min) from the Airport but once we arrived it was well worth it. The neighborhood felt safe, well established, and the local people were very friendly. Their was also many other beautiful Vacation Homes nearby with many tourists staying in the area. The Beach House is connected to another property on a shared lot, so when you arrive the property is the house on the right side. This was fine for us, since most Hotels share walls anyways. But, if your looking for more privacy you might want to consider this. Still, our family vacation was wonderful! The location of the property makes it easy to explore the island. There's so many things to do nearby, or you can just spend the day relaxing in this beautiful Home. The beach is directly across the street. You walk outside, walk to the corner & cross the street and you'll see an open walkway leading you to a beautiful Beach. You can also see the ocean from the upstairs master bedroom. The house is fully stocked with everything you need (except food of course). The kitchen has modern full size Appliances, a coffee maker with gourmet coffee included, Baking supplies, plates, glasses, utensils, kitchen towels, paper towels, and plenty of cleaning supplies.

Each bedroom is clean and modern with a sliding glass door that opens to the backyard with a large covered patio with table & chairs (See Pictures) We enjoyed our breakfast here & sat in the backyard to enjoy the nice Hawaiian breeze.

The location of the Home is the perfect place away from the crowded strip of Hawaii. Your nearby to Stores, Schools, Post Office, Restaurants, Gas, Dole Pineapple Plantation, Taco Trucks, Beaches and much much more!

The owner & property manager are very caring people who really take pride in their home. The property manager is always close by or working on the property making sure everything is going well, or if you need anything to make your stay more enjoyable. I would definitely reccomend this house to anyone wanting to have a nice quiet Vacation! Thank You for welcoming our Family to your Beautiful Home. Cynthia
