MODERN ELEGANCE MEETS LOCAL AMBIANCE
Casa Cielito is a brand-new residence in one of Cozumels newer neighborhoods. You will love every inch of this elaborate spaceits part futuristic and the rest is pure genius.
The pool, for example. Its been integrated into living quarters by virtue of an open air (covered) patio that sits alongside it. Here, you can barbecue, swim, or just dangle your feet in the freshwater pool while you sip a tropical concoction.
The house is three levels high and has a bonus roof deck where you can just enjoy the view or work on your all-over tan. The architect was extremely detail-oriented, which youll note with every curve and alcove in this gem of a house. The walkway to the front door actually floats above the pool, which is a truly stunning feature.
Aside from the practically indoor pool, theres also a deck thats decked out with teak lounge chairsalso an amazing spot to unwind.
The entry foyer features a lovely living room with more of those modern accents and furniture. The open-concept design also reveals a custom dining room table with seating four, and a super cool and modern kitchen complete with breakfast bar, a wine refrigerator, tons of counter space, and all the appliances you could possibly need, including the little stuff.
The downstairs has a gorgeous half bath and large bedroom with a plush queen-size bed and exquisite private bath. Better yet, this bedroom offers a private patio with very futuristic-looking but superbly comfortable chairs.
Upstairs are the other two bedrooms and, if you need to check in back home, theres even a small office where the Wi-Fi router is located. The fabulous master bedroom has a king-sized bed that is truly befitting of royalty and a large private bath with a wall of mirrors, a walk in shower, and a huge vanity with double sinks.
The other upstairs sleeping space features a queen-sized bed, shares a hallway bath complete with walk-in shower, and has a wonderful balcony from which you can also access the rooftop observation deck.
Casa Cielito is a cultural adventure as well. Instead of being in the crowded tourist-heavy part of town, you are smack dab in the middle of the true Cozumel, where friendly locals populate this new neighborhood and small shops and restaurants are plentiful. Its quiet, which is a nice change of pace from the hustle and bustle of the waterfront.
Of course, you can always do both. The oceanfront promenade is definitely worth seeing and spending some time shopping, dropping into a lively bar, dining at an elegant or casual restaurant, and people-watching.
Its also one of the main launching points for guided SCUBA diving and snorkeling adventures. Theres no shortage of water sports providers, so youll have no problem getting on a boat and getting out there on those turquoise waters. We do recommend that you rent a scooter or car if you plan to travel to the waterfront and go on ocean excursions.
For modern luxury and local ambiance, Casa Cieleto is calling your namewith a distinct local Mexican accent.
