The En Soleil has 2 breathtaking pools and hot tub, making it one of the most sought after resorts in Panama City Beach.

This is 2300 square feet of gorgeous living that’s just the right backdrop for the breathtaking views of the Gulf you’ll see through the sliding glass doors that open to an expansive 500 square foot balcony. Open floor plan great for entertaining large groups of family or friends. Kitchen with granite counter tops and top-of-the-line appliances. The extremely large balcony area gives you an unmatched on the beach. Plenty of space to eat, entertain, or just unwind on the balcony. This balcony is huge!!

Master bedroom 1 contains a king bed and TV with private bathroom and balcony access from the room.

Master bedroom 2 has 2 double beds and great view of the water, and flat screen TV

Beautiful views but condo needs some love!

Came in for Ironman Florida with 8 adults in our crew. Here are my pros and cons:

Pros: 1. view was beautiful and multi-directional

2. location (was one mile from the IM finish line and on the run course)

3. large condo and patio

4. good layout in condo (2 large bedrooms, 1 medium, and 1 small)

5. new hot water heater (there was a guy in the condo installing upon our arrival)

6. quick to answer our questions prior to arrival (haven't had any contact afterward)

Cons: 1. ZERO toilet paper in ANY bathroom upon arrival (We'd been traveling and my

mom sat down and used the bathroom. Imagine her surprise when she discovered

there was NO paper. We looked in the other restrooms and there was NOTHING!!

My mom had to sit on the toilet until we could go get some.) NO paper products of

any type...paper towels, napkins or TP. YIKES!!

2. 2 white thin towels in each bathroom (had to go buy bathroom towels)

3. no salt, pepper, pizza cutter, or dishwashing detergent in kitchen (bought some of

that too)

4. microwave makes a whining noise and you're thinking ANY minute it's going to go

out. Slightly concerning.

5. the dryer took 2 hours to dry one small load of towels (our new ones). Need to

make sure the hose isn't clogged...that's a HUGE fire hazard.

Not sure that it's a pro or con, but there are SO many scuff marks on the walls. It's like someone came through dragging their shoe or hitting the wall with a suitcase literally in EVERY room. A coat of paint would make this place beautiful again.

This place is really nice, but could use some love. I hope the owner invests and doesn't let this place go downhill. It could really be lovely again!

Just an FYI...Be sure and stop at the building on the right to get your parking pass and wrist bands.

Maintenance Needed

We rented this unit because we had stayed in it two years ago and absolutely loved it so we were disappointed to see that it had not been well maintained. There was not one big major problem but rather several smaller things that made the overall condition less than great. There was damage to the wall in the master bedroom that had been patched but not painted. The TV's in the living room and double room have damage to the sound and don't function properly. There were also issues at the property itself. There was a flooding issue at the pool area where water was standing ankle deep. The entrance to the pool in our tower was closed because there was damage to the balconies above that, as we were told, had been unrepaired for several weeks. There was paint missing in several places. The property and the unit both need attention.

Pool area is very good. Condo unit not so good.

The condo unit we stayed in needs renovating. The living room furniture is dirty and worn. The carpet in the bedrooms is dirty. There is mold and mildew growing in the shower around old grout and tiles. The bed linens are the worst. The sheets are so thin and worn, The pillows need to be replaced. The bedspreads are horrible. No mattress pads on the beds. We were left a note to be sure and strip the beds before we left and to start washing them!!! This is so unsanitary! All the bed linens and towels need to be sent to a laundry service to be properly washed and bleached. Fresh clean linens including mattress pads, sheets, pillows, and all bed coverings need to be properly cleaned between each rental. The condo was not cleaned thoroughly. There was food on the floor left from previous people. The patio needs a power washing on the tiles- they have years of dirt ground in. The drapes are dirty.The dryer has nearly rusted through. I could go on and on. It is a shame that a place as nice as En Soleil is allowed to get in this shape. The outside grounds and pool are so nice. There should be some regulation of how the units are maintained. They should not allow units to get so rundown and dirty. If I had checked into a hotel and found this I would have promptly checked out. But, there is no recourse here, You have had this booked for months- all the family has gathered, and you have paid big money to stay here. And it is so disappointing to open the door and find this worn out place. I'm afraid En Soleil is heading the same direction as Edgewater. But I did give it two stars. That is for the pool area and the condo is laid out well with a big balcony. Just needs to be remodeled, get a linen service and improve on bedding. Also need new mattresses. They are old and worn out. There was actually an old egg crate foam pad on the bed-with no mattress pad-how dirty is that! Also need to get a house keeping service that is professional and don't just surface clean and swipe. My husband and I got sick with sore throat and colds toward the end of our week. I actually think we picked up the germs at the condo. We checked out early and went home.

It was such a wonderful stay. The beach was steps away! It was such a great and secure place. Looks exactly like the pictures but still makes you say Oh My Gosh when you see it! Very homie and comfortable with everything you need in it. Would love to go back and wouldn't mind staying here again

Perfect family vacation!

The condo was the perfect setup for our family. The views were spectacular and the amenities were great. Emerald Coast Destinations was super friendly, helpful and very easy to work with. I recommend this condo to anyone looking for a beautifully decorated and well equipped place to stay. I would definitely rent this condo again.
