1-The accommodation is located a few meters from the pool and restaurant of the village Tanca Piras. It is equipped with a kitchen, two sofa-beds and a complete bathroom. It is just a few minutes drive from the best beaches in the area.
A beach can be reached on foot via a path that runs through the private park (64000 meters / q) of the village. However, it does not have a safety rail in places, so it is not recommended for families with small children.
From the pool area the overall view of the village, the cliff and the sea is exceptional.

From the swimming pool, the view from the village, the cliffs and the sea beneath is simply wonderful
2-The so-called Gulf of Lion is still largely unknown to mass tourism and gives the possibility to know a stretch of uncontaminated and wild coast. Various activities are possible: discover the numerous tropical-looking beaches, organize with the centers equipped boat trips or dinghy to better explore the monumental Pan di Zucchero rock (the highest rock of Europe with its 133 meters), the sea caves , the seabed and the coves, trekking through the Mediterranean scrub to enjoy a spectacular view of the high and indented coastline listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, visit the various archaeological and mining sites of Sulcis Iglesiente and much more. For the more adventurous, the frequent mistral wind makes the stretch of sea under Nebida particularly suitable for kitesurfing and windsurfing
2-The so-called Gulf of Lion (Lion Bay) is widely unknown in the wild and uncontaminated coastline. Visitors have a great choice of activities: explore the sea caves, bays and the monumental sea rock Sugar Loaf, 133 meters, the highest sea rock of Europe, trekking through the mediterrenean brushwood in order to get a better view of the high shores valued as World Heritage by UNESCO, visit the archeology and mining sites and much more. The most adventurous ones might find the sea below Nebida, frequently wiped by the raging North-West wind, particularly good for wind / kitesurfing
3- The village center is just a few minutes walk away. There are a few pizzeria restaurants, 2 minimarkets, a post office, a church, a doctor, a pharmacy and public transport stops. Further supermarkets can be found in Gonnesa and Iglesias, a quarter of an hour drive from the village, about 8 km

You can also find other stores and groceries in Gonnesa and Iglesias, only 15 minutes from the village by car, 8 km
4-Direct interaction with guests is not possible for most of the year, except in summer, when I spend the holidays in the same village with my family. Trusted people, Massimiliano and Gabriella Mainas, the owners of the village, are available for both check-in and check-out throughout the year
