This was our first time vacationing at IOP. Your place was excellent and very nicely decorated and laid out for a 3 bedroom condo. We had ample room for our family. We especially loved the ocean front view and having the outside porch and patio was a plus. Especially since it had its own private staircase leading directly to the pool and access to the beach. When returning from the beach, you never had to go on the elevator to get inside your condo with the outside stairs as an option. We really loved your condo. I would recommend it for vacation rentals at IOP.

Stellar location

Wonderfully located 3BR condo right in the center of all the action on IOP. Enjoyed easy walking to restaurants and night clubs. Nearly constant live music next door (during appropriate hours) from Coconut Joe's makes porch time enjoyable. Well kept and clean and easy to work with the owners for the rental. Great food options nearby, or all you need to cook there. Would definitely stay again.

Thank you SO MUCH for sharing your home with us! The condo was exceptionally clean and very well kept overall. The porch was a WONDERFUL place to enjoy the sunrises, sunsets and ocean view.

I would like to suggest maybe a roll-down shade for the end of the porch that faces the restaurant (for privacy). Also, you need another guest book. I wrote on the last available page.

Absolute best in IOP

We stayed here for two weeks and this is the best place we've stayed off the coast of Charleston. We've stayed in many other places in IOP, Kiawah and Folly and this condo is the best for many reasons. First, everything about it and the owner exceeded our expectations (which are always extremely high when investing two weeks in a property). Second, the location of the condo in terms of being right on the beach and being walking distance to many great places to eat is amazing. Third, the condo is immaculate and spacious with very high quality towels and linens and a phenomenal oceanfront view from the large balcony. Lastly, the owner is phenomenal and always very responsive and accommodating. We have already booked another two week stay, have recommended it to friends and plan on staying here for many years to come.

This condo is in the heart of Isle of Palms. The epicenter of activity in IOP. Shops, restaurants and bars are directly out the front of the condo. Gorgeous beach, the private pool, and the beach access area are directly off the back side of this building. Oceanfront views and gorgeous sunrises make this condo ideal for a Charleston area beach escape.
