This was our first time vacationing at IOP. Your place was excellent and very nicely decorated and laid out for a 3 bedroom condo. We had ample room for our family. We especially loved the ocean front view and having the outside porch and patio was a plus. Especially since it had its own private staircase leading directly to the pool and access to the beach. When returning from the beach, you never had to go on the elevator to get inside your condo with the outside stairs as an option. We really loved your condo. I would recommend it for vacation rentals at IOP.

The Best Location on Isle of Palms!

We really loved staying here! The property was large and clean and had everything we needed. Check in was a breeze. The condo is located on second floor and has unbeatable views of the beach and pool from the balcony. The beach is literally steps away, which made it easy to come and go. There is a place to wash off once you come off the beach, which made it easy to clean up after playing. We watched the sunrise every morning from the balcony.

We stayed in October, which is off season, but there was still plenty to do. Coconut Joes is right next door, so eating out was easy. Lots of shops and small eateries located right across the street. At night there was live music playing nearby, which you could only hear outside the condo. With doors closed, it was very quiet. We stayed with our kids, and the condo was very kid friendly. There were beach toys in the condo to play with, which was a welcome surprise! Ocean views from the master bedroom, which was fantastic for my husband and I.

Condo had a washer and dryer, which was so nice for washing and drying clothes. We packed light and did laundry. There was even detergent provided.

Big TVs in every room, with fast wifi and cable. There was even netflix, which made it feel even more like home for my kids.

Isle of Palms isn't very far from all the major attractions of Charleston, which we visited. The new connector made navigating a breeze, although traffic off the island gets tough during rush hour. Isle of Palms itself has everything you need within walking or a short drive.

Booking was very easy, and we were so thankful for that. Our deposit refund was processed within two days.

Condo itself was decorated nicely and very comfortable. 3 bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds, a full jack and jill bath connecting to a queen bedroom, a powder room, plus a gigantic master bath with soaking tub, and isolated master bedroom with king sized bed and balcony. Also there was a sleeper sofa in living room. Dining table seats 6 plus breakfast bar with 4 stools in kitchen. Big french door fridge that fits everything you need.

We really didn't want to leave! We will definitely be back soon and stay here again. We felt very lucky to have found such a gem!

We had a wonderful girls' trip to Charleston/Isle of Palms. The condo was spacious, clean and comfortable. Very convenient to get to restaurants and other amenities, yet quiet and restful. Easy beach access, too! We would definitely come back.

Great vacation

We had a great vacation in this condo. It was clean, and just as described. Convenience to the beach was fabulous. We thought we had left a set of keys in the condo, so I contacted the owner, and he checked with the cleaning crew and property management promptly. Fortunately, we found the keys in the car, but it was nice that the owner did what he could to help us.

The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars, is because the dishwasher did not clean the dishes well, and the master shower did not drain well.

Great location with a lovely salt water pool.

We spent more time outside than inside. The pool is great. The beach is just steps away. However the apartment is dated and right next to Coconut Joe's. Most nights we could barely hear the music but it was rather loud between 7-9pm. The property manager was incredibly easy going and accommodating. One problem was the building's elevator. It broke 2x during our stay. The property management company was incredibly responsive and had maintenance out immediately.
