This home is 4 years old. It is a rancher with a basement. Part of the basement has a self contained suite with long term quiet tenants. All the furniture is included. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the main floor. There is a theatre room and office/workout room and 1 bathroom in the basement. There are 9 foot ceilings on both levels. A 2 car garage. The main floor has hardwood throughout the great room and kitchen area. It also has Quartz counter tops in the kitchen and granite counter tops in the bathrooms. All the appliances are stainless steel. There is a laundry room on the main floor with front load washer and dryer. There is a media room under the garage with a 70 inch TV and surround sound as well as a wet bar. There is a 42 inch TV in the master bedroom. The great room has a 50 inch TV. The house comes fully furnished and includes all kitchen supplies, towels and linens. You just need to bring your clothes and toiletries. There is some laundry, dish and dishwasher detergents to get you started but you will need to supply your own once that runs out. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a super single. An additional sleeping area is in the basement. It is not a formal bedroom. It has a super single. There is also a large deck off the back and a front porch. The house is on Bank road in the Westsyde area of Kamloops. The beautiful Dunes golf course is just down the street!!! It's close to grocery stores, pubs, restaurants and public transit. It is a 15 minute drive to downtown Kamloops. The price includes all utilities including Shaw gateway cable and Telus Internet. It also includes a cleaner that comes every two weeks if you rent for a month or more. The yard will be maintained by the owners. Pets will be considered for rental lasting a month or more.

Located in the Westsyde area of Kamloops. A 15 min drive to most areas in Kamloops. There is a bus stop nearby. There is a grocery store, bar, sushi and pizza restaurants, liquor store, cold beer and wine stores, hardware store, dollar store and a pool nearby. There is also a park with a petting zoo within walking distance. We are a 1 min walk to the river.

About the owner: My husband and I built this home in 2012. We have lived in it up until now. We are retired and wish to let someone else enjoy our beautiful home. We are both retired from working as Deputy Sheriffs in Kamloops. We will always be available to deal with anything that may come up as we live close by.

This home is finished very nicely with hardwood floors and Quartz/Granite counters. It's close to downtown but still in a community where you can let the kids play outside and go for walks where it is not so busy.
