LOCATION: Welcome to Coal Harbor; the most sought after address in the city, right at the heart of downtown Vancouver , just steps from the SEA WALL, STANLEY PARK, ROBSON STREET, YALETOWN, GASTOWN and so much more.

GRANVILLE ISLAND, ENGLISH BAY, VANCOUVER AQUARIUM or CANADA PLACE (a national icon), CHINATOWN is only a short walk. The touristic Hop-on/Hop-off Bus Stop is only 2 blocks !

Very close to all major attractions, theaters, museums, markets, and accessible to any place of interest in the Greater Vancouver area via Skytrain; with a station only 2 blocks away from the building.

You will not need a car during your stay, but if you have one, then you can park it in your dedicated and COMPLIMENTARY PARKING STALL.

This 1132 SQ Penthouse on the 35th floor has floor-to-ceiling, wrap-around windows which take in AMAZING VIEWS of the Coal Harbor Marina, North Shore Mountains, & Burrard Inlet, as well as city vistas. You can watch the Sea Planes take off and land from your Living Room window and patio.

COMPLIMENTARY HIGH SPEED WI-FI, 2 TV’s (1 in Living Room, 1 in Master Bedroom), hardwood floors throughout, 3 bedrooms ; 2 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

CENTRAL A/C: Normally A/C is not needed in Vancouver. However, in the unlikely event of hitting a heat wave during your stay, please use the A/C (or heat) responsibly and turn off all when you leave the unit If you run the A/C 24/7, there is a good chance that it will freeze over and you'll be without A/C till we can get a technician in to resolve the situation. Should this happen, you can use the 2 small fans provided. We'll do all possible to keep the central A/C in good working condition, but cannot help having technical failure, and no refunds will be offered in case of A/C failure during your stay.

The pricing for this listing is for 2 bedrooms only, in order to make the property affordable for smaller parties, which constitutes most of our guests. 50 C$ per person, per night will be charged for parties of more than 4.

The 3rd bedroom, which has a full size sofa bed and houses supplies normally remains locked and will be unlocked only upon special request, with an unlocking charge of 100 C$/Night for parties of less than 4 people, yet would like to use the 3rd bedroom anyways.

Guest agrees that no more than the number of persons indicated at the time of the booking shall be permitted on the Property at any time during the Rental Term, all of whom shall comply with the conditions and restrictions imposed upon Guest under this Agreement. No events or parties are allowed in the unit.

1. Best LOCATION in downtown Vancouver where I could walk everywhere and be a part of this beautiful, vibrant city, any time of the day or night!

2. Have INCREDIBLE VIEWS to wake up to every morning and enjoy my coffee; as well as enjoying a drink in the evening while soaking in the twinkling city lights and the stars all at the same time.

I feel blessed to have found both in my place; I couldn't be happier here :)

    Bedroom 3 to be unlocked only with special arrangement - 1 sleep sofa /futon , BR w/ a sofa which opens up to a double/full size bed for 2.
    Living Room - 1 queen , 1 twin/ single , Queen air mattress+2" twin foam mattress in LR upon request.
  • The 3rd bedroom is normally locked. It will only be unlocked upon request at an additional charge of 100 CAD/night. Please inquire about this charge by letting the owner know number and age of guests in your party. Accommodates up to 2 people on a double/full size sofa bed. Please note that for parties more than 6 people, we can provide a queen size air mattress which can be placed in the living room. There are 2 x 3-seater leather sofas in the living room. Each leather sofa would accommodate a petite person. Inside dimensions of each sofa is w=21" l=70" . We also have a 2" thick twin size foam to be placed on the L/R floor to sleep 1 person. L/R is sun-filled and gets very bright starting from early hours of sun-rise. Please do not plan on placing any members of your party for sleep in the living room if anyone is sensitive to light. They will not sleep comfortably if sensitive to light because the L/R has floor to ceiling windows and only white color sheers which do not block light.

Perfect place, fantastic location, spectacular city/harbor/mountain views!

Could not have chosen a more beautiful place or better location. So easy to walk to excellent restaurants and shopping. Building is very secure in a super safe part of the city. Breka (open 24/7) on Robson and Bute is a great bakery to stop in and get a wonderful cup of coffee and a bite to eat before heading out to explore this fabulous city. Gina the owner and Aysha the property manager are very professional and incredibly easy to work with. Our highest recommendation.

Modern luxury flat with great views

Beautifully and comprehensively furnished modern luxury flat in perfect downtown location. The high floor affords fantastic views. It was truly a home from home. Very cosy and comfortable and with all the amenities one could ask for. Perfect for exploring downtown on foot but also a great location for excursions further afield. All interactions with the owner and property manager were courteous and professional. Queries were responded to without delay. Highly recommended, I would return if I had the opportunity.

Awesome location

The apartment is great, right downtown with easy walking to everything you would want or need in Vancouver. It is clean and tidy, and well equipped, the property manager was very helpful on arrival. The frustration (and hence the 4 stars) was having only one key and entry fob, for 4 adults and 2 kids...

As my Property Manager explained during your check-in, one of the guests who who had an early morning flight flew back to his home in the U.S. with one of the key fobs in his pocket mistakenly. When the rest of his party realized this, they promised that as soon as he lands, he would courier it back to us. Unfortunately it took us much longer than expected to receive the second set, especially since it was a long-week-end both in the U.S. and Canada. Just perfect

If you are looking for a rental in Vancouver you can not do better than this. The apartment is comfortable, well stocked, immaculate, and oh that view! The photos truely do not capture the beauty of looking out the windows and sittting on the balcony- and watching the activities in the harbor. . The best location in the city- we walked everywhere. Try Tableau Bar/Bistro for a great meal. After days of watching the sea planes take off and land in the harbor we arranged a ride and saw the mountains and sea in all its glory. Thank you to Aysha for the welcome and making the stay so wonderful.

Amazing property, centrally located with stunning views and great hosts

This property was clean, well stocked with provisions and even extra things such as q-tips and personal beauty supplies. The view was absolutely breathtaking, with clear views of coal harbour and the financial district. The hosts were kind and gracious, as well as on time in meeting to arrange pick up of keys. My family really enjoyed ourselves and would consider this property again if we were to rent again. I have not complaints.
