Early Easter break
Lovely accommodation, in beautiful setting, for a 3 day break. Everything we needed in the accommodation, with very comfortable beds.
Onsite restaurant served excellent homemade food, cooked fresh and staff very nice.
Very clean park. Would recommend.
Lovely clean and comfortable lodge with everything provided. Loved the restaurant on site with added bonus of being able to take our doggie in. Would recommend.
Nice place to have a short break.
Comfortable and clean, nice site. Would recommend to others.
Absolutely lovely, we all enjoyed the peace and quiet and the lodge was so good
We had a lovely few days at the Diva lodge, we went with our 11 year old daughter and our Patterdale pup. We thought we were going to have a fight on out hands because there is no wi-fi but to be honest it was a great change from the phones pinging every five minutes. The weather helped because it was so sunny and we enjoyed a trip to the sea side and a wonderful walk along the canal. The food in the restaurant is good and reasonably priced and they allow you to take the dog to the bar as long as they are well behaved. There is a Tesco and Aldi five minutes drive away and you are on the doorstep of the Yorkshire Dales and of course the stunning scenery of the Lake Districts. We drove through the Lakes on our way home which was a site to behold. We had absolutely no issues with the lodge or the on site staff who were all very knowledgable and helpful. Don’t hesitate booking this as it’s a fantastic base for exploring. Just one tiny issue, take your own pillows, the ones in the lodge are a bit soft but there is everything you will need otherwise.
Amazing lodge so cozy and welcoming
Had a wonderful stay just after Christmas, my partner and I, 2 teenagers and our little dog. The lodge was spotlessly clean, the beds were super comfortable and big fluffy towels. Zoe and Ian had put us a Christmas tree up which made the stay so festive. In a lovely spot with huge decking and imagine it is stunning in the warmer weather. We found everything we needed, well equipped and lots of extras such as games, books and films. The kids went swimming and the facility's were great.
Great location for supermarkets and days out.
Fab stay and would love to return in the summer.... we didn't want to come home! Thank you Zoe and Ian
