Unit # A-314 at Majestic Sun is a luxury 3rd floor condominium resort unit overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Unit A-314 provides an incredible unobstructed gulf view. This is a great unit for families with children who love to swim. Parents can easily watch their children swimming in the indoor pool from the kitchen or living room windows, or watch them in the outdoor pool from the balcony. Free high speed wireless internet connection is included!

Unwind around the outdoor/indoor heated pool, in the 2 hot tubs, and enjoy the tropical landscaping. Enjoy evenings watching the sunset, walking along the beach, or seeing the dolphins play. Visit our brand new on-site beach and gift shop (first level of building b) and fitness center. There is a vast assortment of restaurants from fine dining to casual. We do not ask for a 'security deposit' when booking. A one time cleaning fee of $140.00 will be applied to each rental, plus 11.5% required florida sales tax, plus a $59 damage protection plan to cover accidental damage (note: intentional damage is not covered by the policy). We have stayed in many locations along these shores and have found the Destin Beach area to be our favorite. When we decided we were going to purchase a Florida Vacation Property, we knew that we wanted to be in the Destin Beach Area. In the January 2009 edition of Southern Living Readers’ Choice for Best Beach, Destin Beaches were voted #1. For 14 years, the Destin area has received honors with the Readers’ Choice Awards. Having stayed as a guest at Majestic Sun (among many other places in Destin), it was our first choice of locations. We were blessed to find this incredible condo on our first trip down to look at properties! This location has plentiful access to shopping, restaurants, golf courses, tennis, off shore fishing, bicycles, and of course...THE BEAUTIFUL WHITE SAND BEACH AND GULF WATERS!

What makes this condo unique

Location, Location, Location! Leisure and Luxury are all at your fingertips at Majestic Sun. A key factor for us in buying A-314 was that this provided easy access to both the beach and the car. We didn't want a long walk in either direction, especially with kids. From the large balcony, with access from both the living room and the master bedroom, you can enjoy the gorgeous beach front property, unobstructed gulf views, breathtaking clear green gulf waters, dolphins playing in the surf, sparkling white beach sands and the renowned MAJESTIC SUNsets of the Destin area. The large A-314 unit is comfortable, not cramped, and shows well with the refinished tile and granite countertops....the full laundry room didn't hurt either....the easy walk to and along the beach to Whale's Tales was a plus...the view was awesome....all the amenities were appealing....3rd level direct access from the garage was sweet....lots of pools....spas....and the list goes on and on!

Great condo with plenty of room! Only on the third floor, accessible from stairs and great location

Amazing and well decorated condo. Well supplied with everything you need! Great beach and family friendly atmosphere. Whales tail restaurant is right beside Majestic Sun and a great place to grab lunch on the beach! Plenty of room in this beautiful, spacious condo. My friends and I had a blast and had no problems.

Superior unit at a nice complex

Every Thanksgiving, my family of four typically stays at the luxury homes/townhomes about a half mile up the beach. These are huge places with 3-4 floors, but cost nearly $400 per night this time of year and the last few trips, have not been really clean and often aren't supplied with much. This year, we thought we'd try this three-bedroom unit right by the Whale's Tail (beach restaurant). We are thrilled with our choice. The unit was very clean, very well equipped with new furniture, and bedding, and you can tell that the owners think of the unit as much more than a money maker. It was a nice, spacious "home." Some extras: New Samsung appliances, washer/dryer (not new, but functional), TVs in every room (we didn't use, but they were nice), fold-out crib and pack-n-play (didn't use, but nice for families), good patio/balcony furniture, and much more. Also, great view of the Gulf from the master bedroom and living room (each with sliding doors and access to balcony), awesome kitchen faucet (you can tell that the owners aren't doing this on the cheap to reap greater margins), and easy access to the beach.

The only "disappointments" were minor and had nothing to do with the owners; it was out of their hands. Since this is the low season, the building was under heavy maintenance/reconstruction. The third-floor walkway from the parking garage (which we really needed due to so much luggage, food, etc.) was closed for repairs (the building opened it for Thanksgiving Day), about 70% of the outside pool and pool deck and a hot tub were closed/roped off due to painting crews on the front of the building over those sections (opened Thanksgiving Day), and the painting crews had scaffolding held by ropes and heavy-duty wires over a large portion of the building. Luckily for us, it was in front of Building B and not A, where we were. I would have been upset if I had to look out of our windows to see scaffolding and wires. I felt bad for the people in those units.

Though the remodeling was an inconvenience, it does tell us that the building/association cares enough to keep the place in top form, and I guess you just have to assume that they will do the work in the winter and not in high season. Still, the owners have no role in what work is going on and where, and every single thing that was in the owners' control was incredible and beyond what you'd expect from rentals. You just know they care. We highly recommend this unit and these owners.

Great condo!

The condo is beautifully decorated. Balcony overlooked pool and beach. Slept 10 comfortably. Great location that wasn't busy but close to vacation hot spots. Owners were easy to work with. Would recommend.

Nice furnishings, spacious, clean, well appointed Condo with awesome direct ocean views! Nice pools with plenty of room for sunbathing...Close to shopping and restaurants, too! I will be back and would recommend this unit to the pickiest of vacationers!

Great family getaway!

We had a great week at the beach- even with hurricane Hermine threatening to shorten our stay!! It was good to know that both the owners and building notified us when there was an evacuation plan in place- and thankfully the storm changed path and we didn't have to evacuate!!

The condo was so nice- clean & updated. We loved the pool and convenient walk to the beach. We would absolutely come again!

Thank you so much Lisa what wonderful people you and your husband are. Very kind and responsive . Tha home was nice and the beds so comfortable. Beautiful view of the beach. Nice pool and grounds.

I know this may be odd but even the security guards were great so helpful and kind. You won't go wrong by staying here
