Interaction with Guests
I can be there for check-in if you would like to ask any questions, or I can give you the key code to let yourself in. I will be a phone call or text away to help you with anything you might need for the duration of your stay.
Quiet time from 10pm to 8am. This is a residential community. Our neighbors have agreed to allow us the privilege to rent our spaces short term. The majority of the residents are single, or young professional couples in their mid 30's, with no kids. We all have fun dinning, exercising, clubbing, and enjoying all of the cultural activities Nashville has to offer... At the same time, we are conscientious of our surrounding and our neighbors rest. This is a big, happy, and relaxed community; please help us to keep it this way.
I am a seasoned traveler who feels comfortable backpacking to Machu Pichu, or enjoying the charm and sophistication of Paris and Milan. I love the excitement of discovering new places. Visit Nashville and fall in love with this town.
Hi I am Ro purchased this condo in 2014
I fell in LOVE with this vibrant city. In recent years the city has grown at an incredibly fast pace while managing to retain the charm of a small southern town. I know this city inside and out. There is something unique for everyone here! The best part? You can choose to explore the city by foot, cab or you can rent a bike and get your exercise on while sightseeing.
There are specifics things I love about boutique hotels. To me those little extras transform a regular vacation into an special occasion. I have tried to recreate the 'boutique feeling' in my property. Plus the condo comes with an assigned parking space, and a pool.

My husband and I traveled to Nashville for a brief spring break to celebrate my 50th birthday. Ro was an amazing hostess! Prior to arrival, Ro texted me to check on our ETA and to let us know the condo was ready for us! She then continued to text with dinner recommendations! We were welcomed in the condo with a bottle of champagne and a birthday card!! Although we did have a car with us, we chose to use LYFT to get anywhere! Our little jaunts never cost us more than $5.75! The condo is within walking distance of Broadway. If you're thinking about taking a trip to Nashville anytime soon, I would take the plunge!!
We stayed over Thanksgiving weekend at the condo and as it was our first time ever using VRBO we weren't sure what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. The condo was decorated nicely and had comfortable furniture. The bed while smaller than I thought it would be (we have a king) was very comfortable as well. The condo had most everything we needed upon arrival and having driven quite a ways to go to this wonderful city, the adult beverages that awaited us was a nice surprise as was having coffee supplied for the next morning. Way to go Ro!
The downside on this property have been listed before in other reviews such as: the one closet door needs fixed as it is not on the track. The laminate floor was not installed correctly and has buckled up and at some point someone has nailed it down and the nails have started to pull out. I snagged my foot on it and ripped a hole in my sock. Most kitchen utensils were supplied but they do need more silverware. It would be nice if there was a bedside table on each side of the bed instead of just the one side and also if they provided a luggage rack or a dresser to be able to put your clothes away. Also, the wifi did not work well, we could connect and then it would immediately kick us off. Not sure this is anything to do with location or local internet provider. These really are minor detail that would of enhanced our stay and did not detract from how happy we were with the condo itself. We never walked downtown and I'm not sure if we would have, its all warehouses and got quite dark very early in the day. We did drive and just pay to park and we had no problems finding parking for about $10 a day.
Overall, we would recommend this condo over a hotel anytime. I hope this helps someone make an informed choice and you also have a wonderful time in Nashville!
The condo was worth the cost; impressed with the bathroom supplies and the convenient coffee set-up for our mornings.
The bedroom was comfortable and very clean and tidy. We basically had coffee there in the mornings, a little TV at night
and slept there. The TV and WiFi left a little to be desired; after the first two hours on our first day (Wednesday) we had no
internet access. But, we didn't go there to use the computer! The floating floor is literally floating in a few spots. The hallway
closet needed a new track. No other issues. A good value.
The location wax very good; better if we rented a car though. The $5 cab fare was doable and the early morning walk was
not too bad. (My wife loves to walk, so the location was perfect for her!) We love Nashville. This was our second trip and I
feel the Condo rental was very affordable and relieved all stress concerning our sleeping arrangements. We hardly saw anyone
else, spoke to not one other renter/owner, and noise was not an issue at all.
We are not fussy customers and just want a place to sleep and shower when we travel. We would definitely stay there again,
rent a car and enjoy some of the attractions not limited to the downtown area. We appreciated our relationship with Ro, who
was good to the word on every detail; and that would be the reason we would stay there again.
Thanks for the hospitality,
Joe and Nancy
The condo was nice and clean; free parking and in a convenient location to downtown and the Germantown neighborhood
The unit was reasonably well appointed. However, there were several light bulbs that had burned out, there was no provision for ice in the refrigerator-freezer and very limited eating utensils. Having said that, the unit was better maintained than the condominium properties in general. Badly in need of external cleaning, painting, etc.
My husband and I just returned home from a 4 night stay at Ro's place and are still congratulating ourselves on finding the perfect place for our trip. The condo was clean and well decorated, the bed was comfortable, the view was perfect, the neighbors were quiet, and we were no more than 15-20 minutes from all the things on our To Do list! Bonus: it's a $5 cab ride (or Joyride if you prefer a golf cart) to or from Broadway or Printers Alley. We will definitely be returning!
Downtown Nashville is truly a one-of-a-kind experience. With the famous “honky tonks” on Broadway and 2nd Avenue, which feature live music every day of the week, and the constant events going on at Bridgestone, LP Field, the Ryman, and Riverfront, Nashville has earned the nickname “Nashvegas”. If you are in Downtown Nashville, you can definitely walk everywhere in the vicinity of “downtown” and to a few of other areas.
One great thing is that you can jump in a taxi for a cheap fare and get to the other amazing areas.
Downtown Nashville has well over sixty bars and restaurants varying from local hotspots to national chains. Downtown Nashville has an Art District on Fifth Avenue, which expands annually.
Extra plus? Our neighborhood is next to the River, and between .5 to 4 miles from any other place of attraction.
