There is a queen in the master and four twins in the loft, sleeping six, this unit is rated 86 it is approximately 950 square feet. Just down from Canyon this unit is located in a well established complex with a great rec room, pool, sauna and other amenities. Laundry on site and parking is out front. Located on the Red shuttle line, this unit is a short walk or quick ride to The Village. Stay in this unit and get free access to the Snowcreek athletic club for everyone in your party !!!!! Business Tax Certificate #3025. The unit is not pet friendly.

Great Family Condo

I would definitely stay here again! The condo is cozy, small and very basic and perfect for my family! Perfect location! We just walked across the street to take the Blue Line to The Village.

I love the loft upstairs for the kids. The property management company is great also and is completely on top of everything. When we arrived the condo didn’t have wood for the fireplace and they came to deliver some for us. The customer service was exceptional.

We will definitely be repeating customers!!!

Served its purpose but wouldn't stay again

Mixed bag for us. Very basic condo.

The positive: Good location with easy access to shuttle. Had a good layout. One bedroom with a loft containing 4 twin beds. Perfect for our family trip. Beds were comfortable enough. Kitchen and living area were laid out well with adequate furniture. Wood burning Fireplace worked well and had I plenty of wood.

Negatives that made it not worth the cost:

Bathroom was so dated. Shower was terrible with shower head so low even average height had to duck to be under. Towels and tissues were all lowest quality. Heating was really difficult to regulate. Only wall heaters...one in bedroom and one in living room. Kitchen appliances were good but very minimal cookware and it was pretty worn. Felt I was constantly looking for a pot or pan that wasn't there. We had trouble with TVs. The volume would not work on the living room TV, the remote was missing on the bedroom TV. The rental agency did respond and were nice to deal with but took a full day to come out and then had to come the next day with the remote so we only had TV the last day we were there.

So, overall just ok. So many choices this just didn't offer enough to be revisited.
