7 minutes to Folly Beach and 10-15 min to downtown Charleston. Fully renovated brick ranch in James Island. This house was professionally decorated and offers exposed brick chef's kitchen with Viking gas range, open concept living room with lots of natural light, a pool table and bar, hardwood floors, large park-like setting backyard with oak trees and fire pit. There's a very large and private master suite on one end of the house and 2 bedrooms + a studio on the other end of the house. It it strategically located to go and enjoy the beach at Folly Beach, downtown Charleston or explore Kiawah Island, Isle of Palms, Mount Pleasant, Seabrook Island, Edisto Beach and all the wonderful places that the low country has to offer.

We love the location and the character of this home. Our family enjoys the large backyard with fruit trees and gorgeous low country oak trees. This is our dream almost beach house :)

Our family loves both the sea and the city; this house is perfectly situated close to Folly Beach and the charming downtown Charleston. It it also strategically located to explore Kiawah Island, Isle of Palms, Mount Pleasant, Seabrook Island, Edisto Beach and all the wonderful places that the low country has to offer.

We loved the location of the house. Very close to Folly Beach and Downtown Charleston. Clean and comfortable. Linda, the property manger, was just awesome. She was very attentive, had a very warm and charming personality. If ever in Charleston we would definitely rent this house again!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was perfect for our family and we enjoyed coming back to the house after our son's graduation to relax with family. Property manager Linda was great and ready to assist in any way! Highly recommend this place! Thanks for the wonderful memories!

Our stay was fantastic! This house is beautiful and very well stocked on the inside. It was a very warm and homey stay. The kitchen is great - especially the gas stove/ oven. We also enjoyed the use of the grill. Maria the owner was very helpful as was Linda, the neighbor. I would certainly stay here again...only longer next time!

One of the best HomeAway vacations we have ever taken!

The house was perfect for our family! Centrally located near Folly Beach and downtown Charleston, we were only minutes away from all the tourist activities! The house was clean, we loved the pool table and used the gas grill every day. We would definitely rent again the next time we are in the area!

Nice place, close enough to Charleston to visit easily

This house was perfect for us to visit the area inexpensively and be able to drive into all the touristy things in town. The best part was that it enabled us to bring mom and dad, who were able to handle few steps to the front door and be on one floor in your ranch house. The beds were remarkably comfortable, the place amazingly clean, and overall a really good value. Tastefully decorated, a modern kitchen with a Viking gas stove, a big backyard. The property manager lives nearby and checked in with us every now and then to be sure we had everything we needed. It made for a perfect base to regroup at the end of each day's explorations.

Awesome place

The house was better than we had expected it to be. It has a very open floor plan for the living/cooking area which made it really nice since we were a group of 6 girls staying there; it allowed us to cook and hangout out together at the same time. We cooked a few times in the kitchen and it was not hard to find what we needed. The kitchen had pretty much all of the tings we needed to cook every meal. The whole place was super clean. An uber or Lyft ride was not that expensive to and fro downtown Charleston and back. Would definitely stay there again. It was a huge hit for me and all my friends. The best parts were everything: apple TV, pool table, bar with fridge for alcohol, gas stove, firepit, grill, etc. The king bed was the comfiest bed I have ever been in.
